I agree with a comment below in that I feel like I was swindled by a seemingly sweet older lady. Here's the list of issues: I asked for two dresses to be taken in on the waist and bust. Cathy was nearly a week late in returning them and I had to call multiple times to get updated about when they were going to be done. After I picked them up and returned home, I found both dresses smelled of smoke (seemingly cigarette), the zipper had been broken out of one dress, and one dress had a 3" hole remaining in an internal seam. Cathy put me in a serious bind for an important business trip. When I called her to tell her the issues and try to give her an opportunity as a business owner to make right or at least explain herself, she flat out denied everything. There was no accountability, no apology; if fact she was confrontational and hung up on me. I have honestly never had a worse interaction/result with a small business owner here in Flagstaff. Spare yourself.

I was devastated and so mad at myself. My family called around and Ogden's came highly recommended. They told my to bring my dress in as soon as they opened and they would do what they could.
