No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Heel Sew Quick, especially since I've used this shop before and they've been at this location for quite some time. I brought in a wallet to have the snap replaced. When I picked it up, I discovered that the new snap had been installed through two layers of the card slots, which prevented my cards from being fully inserted. I took the wallet back and explained the problem so it could be corrected. When I returned today, that issue had been fixed, but now the top portion of the snap was completely missing. I took photos after each visit, which I've included with this review. I also noticed that the replacement snap seemed a little larger than the original, although there may have been a reason for that. When I tried to explain the latest issue, the woman assisting me said she didn't know what happened and seemed to think I would take the wallet home unfinished. There was a language barrier that made communicating the problem difficult. I ultimately gave the wallet back, kept my repair ticket, and was told to return when "he" was working, which I assume means the person who actually performs the repairs. At this point, I've made multiple trips for what should have been a straightforward snap replacement, paid a fairly high price for the repair, and still do not have my wallet back in completed condition. What has been most disappointing is that I have not received an apology for the inconvenience or the repeated issues. Based on this experience, I'll likely look elsewhere for future leather repairs. If you do use this shop, be very clear about exactly what you want done and carefully inspect your item before leaving. I will update this review if the repair is completed properly and the issue is resolved. Photos are included to document the condition of the wallet after the repairs.

She responded within 20 minutes, was very kind and apologetic but it was an inconvenience and delayed my Saturday plans waiting and then having to move soaked items to new machine, make sure it was working etc.
