First we received no greeting, although several employees made eye contact with us. Secondly, we started picking up clothes to try on. Again no help. So we walk around the store with an arm full of clothes. No one ever offers to get us a dressing room or start us one as we walk around. Well this leads to us getting our own dressing room (no dressing room attendant, what a surprise). Come to find out, it was someone's dressing room who had previously left to find her own different sizes. We didn't realize that since the room was empty and open. So then the girl comes back and finally an employee comes who I guess was the dressing room attendant. She kept apologizing to the girl who lost her dressing room. Maybe the attendant should have been supervising the rooms? We were in the dressing rooms for about 3-5 minutes before the attendant even showed up. She never offered us any extra sizes. We would have bought the two outfits we liked best which would have been somewhere around $500. But we were so disturbed by the experience we left all our clothes in the dressing room and left (the attendant was gone again when we were done). I don't understand how a store can seem to charge so much and yet employee the most unhelpful people? What's funny is we went to Bed, Bath and Beyond after that which is known for bargains, etc and we had people falling all over us to help!! We were even greeted right when we walked in. Gosh, to think!!
