Once in there though the actual shop isn't that big but it holds all electrical cables, batteries, computer, audio and television equipment. Some of their products are over priced but I have had a good bargain from there in the past. The staff are all helpful and friendly and know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to electricals.

That fact plus the knowledge that you always be quotedt a fair (and good) price for anything that your require in the electrical line. If it doesn't happen to be in stock it will be very quickly obtained in store for you or even consigned directly to your home address. Earlier this week I encountered a problem with an item just purchased but as David was already occupied on the phone. I spoke to his colleague Stephen who listened carefully to my problem (related to a Bluetooth item) and proceeded to persevere until he successfully dealt with it and I was able to leave the branch with a very big smile on my face! My old phone I brought in that they couldn't buy because there was a scratch on the back. Finally my watch which they could buy but gave the lowest rank due to a tiny chip on the bezel. The staff seemed arrogant and looked like they didn't want to be bothered. They try there very best to give you as little as possible for your product; even if it is practically new. Lastly for pre owned items a lot of the prices are too high to the point where you can spend not .ugh more for the product new. Overall a poor experience with Cex, this will be my first and last time using them.

They also sell accessories such as Scart leads, plugs, audio leads etc. It's kind of a one-stop shop for all things electrical or battery operated and the only one in town. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable, prices are fair and they also offer a home-installation and troubleshooting/repair service which is excellent and fairly essential fro the likes of me if you're not technically minded.
