I have had the pleasure of making purchases of electrical items through this branch for several years now and without exception have always found it a pleasure just to go into the store. I generally deal with David the Manager, for the service I know will always be second to none. That fact plus the knowledge that you always be quotedt a fair (and good) price for anything that your require in the electrical line. If it doesn't happen to be in stock it will be very quickly obtained in store for you or even consigned directly to your home address. Earlier this week I encountered a problem with an item just purchased but as David was already occupied on the phone. I spoke to his colleague Stephen who listened carefully to my problem (related to a Bluetooth item) and proceeded to persevere until he successfully dealt with it and I was able to leave the branch with a very big smile on my face! Good for electrical goods. Variety of tv's, radios, kitchen appliances etc. Friendly staff. Shop is a bit small. Prices not too bad altho you probably can find cheaper in argos. Overall ok but not an everyday shop. read more
