Went for my first out of two visits today to get new crowns. I was very impressed with the level of accuracy the dentist did on my upper rear molars. Do use a laser line to make sure everything was nice and even. That in fact speed up the whole process because we didn't have to keep testing it and testing it. Let me be honest, I neglect my teeth. Came here with huge problems. Had wisdom tooth out 2 extractions stitches to close of gaps, the works. They worked so well with me, I can be a dramatic person while in pain. Hooked me up with enough shots for pain, I didn't feel a thing. Of course you feel the pressure but that was all. It was nice. I paid out of pocket almost 700$ my medical didn't cover the rest. The only complaint I have is I wish they took payment plans when you have to pay that much out of pocket. But I needed the service so bad I had to pay it that huge chunk of cash at once. Not convenient during these hard times. read more

I had my orthodontist treatment done here and was told I was only going to have braces on for two years and ended up having them on for almost five. There were about 4 different orthodontist that changed over the years and every time it seemed like their treatment was different the ones prior.since I had them on for so long I ended up having to pay again even though I had finished paying for my treatment 2years ago. My teeth were not very cricket I just want to make them a little bit better. I was really impressed with this place. I had Dr. Mike and then on my next visit Dr. Stella. Dr. Mike was very good about keeping me informed about what work I'd need to have done, and Dr. Stella, who was just finishing up the job, was careful to make sure the procedure was as pain-free as possible. My last regular dentists were faculty professors at the college I went to for undergrad, so my insurance really hooked me up for the nicest treatment. That is what I have to compare it to. Let me first say that the staff here as in the assistant staff are wonderful. The dental physician however is not. My son need teeth pulled and the dentist did absolutely nothing to comfort him during this event. My son has Spectrum autism. He's high-functioning but he does have sensitivity to Bright Lights and things in his face. After essentially torturing my son trying to get novocaine lentes gums he pulled his teeth. And did not give them to us. They were perfectly healthy baby teeth in my son's first two baby teeth in the Front Row 2 come out. When I complained in the office that he was hurting my son he gave me a foul look while trying to reassure me that he was only doing his job. It was not sincere. His office then scheduled a follow-up appointment to remove another tooth. They then called me a day later and canceled the appointment stating that my son should see another physician. Not that we were ever going to step foot back in that torture chamber again I thought it was ironic that they called it to break it off with us. This guy maybe a children's dentist but his bedside manner sucks. And if you have a child with special needs I'd recommend you not taking them here. I wouldn't step foot back into this establishment even evacuate my bowels. #wherearemysonsteeth. read more

DON'T GET FOOLED WITH THE REVIEWS, they give out gift cards for positive reviews on Yelp!!! I am new to this area so I trusted the reviews and went to this place for a cleaning and check up. I had been to a dentist less than a year ago and I take good care of my teeth so my teeth did not have a lot of germ to start with. The dentist assistant literally spent less than 2 minutes on my teeth and said he has done the "cleaning". I looked in the mirror and saw nothing has changed and the germ is all there. When the doctor came in, I told him that the cleaning was not what I expected. He said yes this was the cleaning and I needed a "deep cleaning". So the "cleaning" that they charged my insurance for, was literally NOTHING. And they wanted to charge my insurance and myself again for a deep cleaning that I declined. Also the check up was not what I expected. The doctor or his assistant didn't do any measurements of my teeth and gums or check out my tongue and mouth like my previous dentist would do. I always would get a thorough check-up and get my teeth completely cleaned and germ-free under a regular cleaning and check-up covered by my insurance. Overall, other than the nice and professional ladies at the front desk, the whole experience was the worst I have ever had at a dentist's office (And I have been to dentists in 3rd world countries) read more

Lucky people. I hate this dentist! Left me in some real pain for over a week now. I guess cus I got medical, and .. (what? I am not ashamed to say it) I don't get this treatment when my insurance is up and running. All I asked, was for the original price of a 100 dollars for extraction and bone graph. (Or so I am told it was the treatment needed. I am sure i need it!!! Thats why I was there, at the dentist#!!! They up charged me, 150 and said they told me to pull that tooth 6 months ago... I was hoping to put this off until my dental insurance is back within 4 weeks... but the pain brought me there prematurely. Oh well, glad you nice people got the help you needed. I will not return. Search no more. Dr. Mike is the best dentist out there. I've seen Dr. mike for over 9 years and he is amazing. He pulled my two wisdom teeth out and I've had tooth canal treatments and fillings and I was literally pain free within a couple hours of all procedures. All his work is perfect, you will not need to worry about fixing the same problem twice. I had no complications ever with any procedure with him. He is honest which is the number one quality you should look for in a dentist and explains in detail about what procedure you need and why. You never feel pressured with him. Most other dentist don't care for their patients. They only care about getting paid but Dr. Mike Grigoryan is honestly different, he cares and is extremely talented and professional. Even my 9 year old looks forward to go and see him which is impressive! That's how good he is. And last but not least his staff is amazing. They answer all questions and greet you with a smile. My child had excessive work done in this dental office. After seeing the dentist he had no cavities and four months later there were "supposedly two large cavities, that needed to be filled with urgency.I trusted the dentists judgement and took my child in to get them filled. (Maribel made with the excessive phone calls and messages by the way). In concern i took my child to see a different dentist and I found that my child did not need any more dental work. When I requested records from the office maribel took documents from the files when I requested ALL documents and encounters along with before and after x-rays relating to treatment and diagnosis. She gave me 3 pieces of paper and laughed when I asked for the rest of it. Also before my child got fillings I asked about white fillings and was told that this was not an option for us with denti-cal coverage which is discriminatory. Please consult with another dentist If this is a concern of yours get the license number and file a complaint with the Medical Board of California. PATIENTS BEWARE! read more
