The sauerkraut and melty Swiss provided a rich, acidic contrast to the beef, an effect echoed by the blending of Russian with Brown Mustard. Then there was the bread -- an artisan rye with good flavor, appealing texture and just the right amount of fresh seeds to let you know this bread came from an oven not a bag.
