Obviously any place that needs to maintain a new look has to go through renos and construction to offer better services,newer look and hospitality for their clients. Having said that they should not have been operating but still offered to treat clients in order to accommodate their needs.

I'll start with a little info about me, I hate going to the dentist and avoided going at all costs, in fact I hadn't been in over 7 years, continually putting it off for fear of being judged! I guess you could call me a dental delinquent! Thanks to some not so gentle encouragement from my fiancee I finally agreed to go to her dentist after she explained how non-judgy they are here and she was 100% correct! I have seen both Dr. Bhargava and Dr. Telang here and they are both incredibly friendly (and non-judgmental) about your teeth! Dr. Telang explained in great detail all of the stats she was discussing with the hygenist as well as explaining in easy terms what you need to do. The hygenists here are also very friendly and gentle, despite needing to use many of the little hooks I had very little discomfort or pain! One final bonus is that they will deal directly with insurance if you have it, eliminating the hassle of having to deal with insurance companies yourself!

I did not want black filling, i thought Dentists are using white filling now a days. I will never go back to this clinic although i know the owner is very good and professional.

The receptionist is positively fabulous. She has a positive attitude, always greets me with a smile, and is a whiz with insurance processing. Dr. Kassis is an excellent dentist--she is frank and understanding. She is genuinely concerned about her patients' well being and is very professional. I found that Dr. Kassis and her team of dental assistants and hygienists to be knowledgeable, understanding, and gentle with all those annoying poking tools. I did not feel rushed; if I needed a break to rest my mouth they were happy to accommodate. What's really great about the staff at Dr. Kassis' office is they always know who you are and make you feel welcome. Plus I always leave with free floss, mini toothpaste, and a toothbrush--who doesn't love free stuff!

When going back to visit, I was referred to an oral surgeon but the centre did not want to pay for it as they had "just given me a free consultation". Well that consultation was only to investigate the complications of their surgery; a proper response would have been to pay for the repairs. Bottom line: complications happen, but good businesses take responsibility for them.

In addition to outstanding basic dental care, I've had wonderful work done to replace missing teeth. A bridge Dr. Carys designed a few years ago is holding strong, and a recent dental implant (done by Dr. Carys in coordination with Argyle and Associates) is indistinguishable from my natural teeth. A big thank you to Dr. Carys for refusing to settle for "good enough" and recommending a custom colour appointment to get the crown colour exactly right. This team is also extremely attentive to COVID-19 protocols. I've felt very safe and protected at every visit.

Other dentists have been a disaster. Dr. Walters had solutions to all of my problems and the training and technology to make it happen. When I needed to get cavities replaced he knew to shrink the nerve first before putting on a permanent filling. My previous dentist did not and I ended up with a root canal. Dr Walters had a simple modern appliance for my teeth grinding, my previous dentists wanted to sell me a complicated 'old' style appliance. As a result of all of my experience with Dr. Walters, he's the only dentist I've ever trusted 100%.

But they never explained that we'd have to pay for it. They charge $75 for failing to cancel within 76 hours but you cannot leave a voicemail as their phone doesn't accept it and nobody seems to answer the phone during normal business hours. I seriously would recommend going elsewhere for your dental needs as this facility is pushy and dishonest, in my opinion.
