He don't warm up to people easy, however Christa and him just clicked she got him excited to help her help him find me uniforms they talked and laughed and she made it so stress free for me to get my uniforms (going to a store is never easy for me) He then met Jill and he liked her a lot too the three of them talked and joked while I tried things on. Christa and Jill are amazing to deal with It's nice to have understanding and they were so compassionate and tried to take a little off me while I was shopping. Now my next visit neither of the girls were there when I came in with my son a lady named Lisa was she had absolutely no patience with my son what so ever she was rude and kept getting on to him and slightly raising her voice telling him he shouldn't be doing that and all he was doing was looking at the scrubs to help me! She has no customer service skills what so ever, and needs to learn not to act like she is the mom to customers kids!! From Now on when I need something if I pull up and don't see Christa or Jill I will not patronize the store any longer , seeing how my son was such an issue with Lisa and what's crazy I was told she is the store manager I wld love to know how she got that job because it's definitely not her social skills, personality, patience, or customer service

So I needed a new belt as my trusty old one bit the dust the day before. So I thought to myself…read more"hey I'll just pop into Leons on my way to work! Quick, easy, in and right back out!" How wrong was I! I walked in found the belt in my size. Even grabbed two because I thought the price was reasonable. Went up to the counter lady and was told that she was very busy with a large order. Hey no problem I understand. Went to the next lady and was told I didn't "sign" in at the door to get checked out. Oh okay. Went to the door signed in and proceeded to wait almost an hour for someone to check me out. What should have been a 10 minute in and out visit turned into a 50 minute fiasco. Very sad and disappointing. Will go down to Ed Roehr or better yet Amazon for my quick uniform replacements.

Purchased a Cobra DS-Adapt Max K from Pro Am Golf. The driver showed up right away and on time…read more Unfortunately, the third time I used the driver, the shaft snapped on the downswing. I was pretty baffled, I've owned many drivers and never had a shaft snap like that. I called Pro Am and spoke to Rob, and within about two hours Cobra was already sending me a new shaft. I was really impressed with Rob and all of Pro Am Golf. You can't find that level of customer service many places these days. Rob even followed up with me a few days later to let me know the shaft was being delivered the next day and to be on the lookout for it. Really impressed with these guys.

I called Kirkwood Trading on a Sunday knowing they were closed hoping they would call me first thing that Monday morning. I was surprised to get a phone call from Matt that evening. I explained to him what I needed printed and ready for pick up on that Tuesday afternoon. He was so friendly and helpful and by Tuesday afternoon, my shirts were ready to be picked up. He completed this for me in 48 hours. We all loved the T-shirts and will never go anywhere else when we need shirts again. Rude as hell. Crew cut guy. Never again will I give them my money. For a business to act this way…read moreis just wrong. My neighbor and son have had rude experience with this same man. Then the other guy tried to lie to me about the laws and thought I didn't know better. He told me "they just hung up on me" so you'll have to wait a week. He first said when I went in to tell him i'm here to pick up two guns he said "if you get on now and come back in a week for the other I won't have to fill out paperwork for the police for two or more guns". I told him I'm ok with that. Now I know all about the two gun rule as well as my rights.When I called him out and said "I would love for anybody to infringe on my civil rights, suddenly my guns went from a week hold (72 hours) to instantly ready to go. They were too lazy or didn't want to fill out the form for St Louis county for a purchase of two or more guns and tried to gaslight me. In business since 1889 and with his attitude they won't make 2029! Send your weapon somewhere else. saving $10.00 and because they are close is not worth dealing with those clowns.

I found this place by accident. Really close to home too. It's like a very small army surplus…read morestore. Crowded full of old uniforms and things that were either donated to them or they found someplace from an estate sale or something. I tried to find some of my old ribbons or medals that I was awarded during my time in the service and I did find a few there but not much to go on. They were able to replace my dog tags that I lost at a very decent price of only 15 dollars. They are old so expect that kind of atmosphere when dealing with them.
