Very bad attitude and poor work was done on my car. David S. the owner, I have called you several times and you have not called. Your manage Mike is rude and condescending to women. you both are liars and I don't know how you continue to have a business. i Would rather hav corporate handle this problem of discrimination because if you're as rude as Mike is which I think you are, there's no resolving it with you like I said, I called your number and left you a message to call back and you have not called back end of story. Manager, Mike also refused to give me his name. "I don't have to give you my name" I got from another employee

They also looked at my air conditioning, but the air conditioning was not serviced. I drove off their lot and onto South Main St. Athol to rt. 2 heading east to Leomimser, MA, on my return trip from Leomimser on rt 2 west the car had no power. I sat in my car on rt. 2 waiting for AAA, for an hour and 15 min. Then I received a called from MA state police, the state police officer said my car must be towed. State police called T.J. & Sons auto repair and towing 537 West Broadway Gardner, MA and they towed my car to 216-218 Mill St Gardner, MA Duval garage. Mechanic Cody Duval checked over my car battery and starter, all was good but when he checked the oil dipstick it was dry. No oil on dipstick then he looked under the car and found no oil drain plug was installed, no trace of oil discharge anywhere under the car. At that time Mr. Duval called and I inform him that I had an oil change at SpeeDee in Athol, MA. He called SpeeDee and spoke with manager Mike to explain the situation. Mike then asked for my car to be towed to SpeeDee in Athol, MA so it was on 6-24-25 by AAA. I called SpeeDee on that day 6-24-25 at 2pm and Mike confirmed it arrived. On Wednesday 6-25-25 I called and spoke to Mike he said he would get to it later that day. At 4:15 Mike called and said "I agree with Mr. Duval's finding, there is no oil or plug. Tomorrow my boss and owner Dave Sarnarnuky will be in and together we will come up with a plan to replace your car's motor." I asked how long it would take before I got my car back. Mike said "first he had to file a claim with their insurance company, with Dave his boss signing off on it. But all in all about 1 or 2 weeks and our licensed mechanic would do all the work to cut down on our expenses. Next day, Thursday, 6-26-25 Mike hadn't called so I called SpeeDee, Lisa answered and said "Mike couldn't come to the phone." After waiting all day I drove their at 4:15pm with my mom Anita Falco and found out Mike had the day off. Manager Jesse said that Mike has every Thursday off. My mom then called the owner Dave 978-618-7102 but only got his voicemail so we left a message with our contact information and the reason for our call. Dave did not return our call. Friday Morning 6-27-25 at 10am Mike called to say they would not repair the car because it wasn't towed to them first but my mom pointed out the State Police towed the car. Then Mike said any further conversion should be with his boss Dave. We have both called Dave repeatedly with no call back from him. Now some insight on me Bobby Falco. I am a 36 year-old man with cerebral palsy, my mom Anita Falco is a 69 years old retired school teacher, and my dad passed away. My mom has been helping with the back and forth conversations partly because of my speech and partly because I work daily. This is a huge problem with my independence as I now have no transportation. I went to SpeeDee oil for what is considered a simple oil change and now with no fault of mine my engine is seized and now I have no running car. It doesn't seem like anyone will help me. Please give this case the attention it rightfully deserves. Thank you, Bobby Falco bobbyfalcokilloran@gmail.com Anita Falco afalco56@yahoo.com

After I'm told the truck is all set pay and get the key, I then get a picture of a brake line leaking and am told I need $150-1000 worth of brake lines. Since I can't drive with no brake fluid or brakes.I let them do the repair. when I go to pick the truck up three days later after im Again told it's ready and pay 995.60 for the repair I decide to pop the hood. Under the hood I find an open jug of break fluid and no break fluid in my break fluid reservoir. I had to do some research to make sure my brakes were bled as I wasn't even sure they did that before I could leave. I added too much break fluid and had to research to see if I could drive it home like that. fortunately, they at least left me brake fluid to add but they should have done that. Thankfully I drove the truck home and not my woman who would not have popped the hood. Stay away from this place. Their senior mechanic left and their office person Jody who was honest also left. I wouldn't let their mechanics work on my son's BMX. If you do go there check your fluid levels as there mechanics can't finish a break job. I would leave zero stars if I could. Also letting thee BBB know as this is people lives that are at risk. Breaks are essential and I shouldn't have to add fluid after being told the truck is "All set" and paying for 6 hours labor at 95 an hour.

I needed the car ASAP and told him this but did not take possession for nearly a month because he neglected to mention he did not have the title and the previous owner had yet to pay off his loan. After waiting and being ignored I brought it to my mechanic who said the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and the oil had turned to sludge. I contacted the dealer and he agreed to replace the brakes/rotors and change the oil, he said this would take one day. I left the truck at his shop and waited. He didn't contact me so I called and claimed "I didn't see the truck", it was parked next to his house/shop right where I told him it was. I waited another day without any response and called again, he said "the brakes are fine but I changed the oil. So after 3 days I got the truck and brought it back to the mechanic and they fixed the brakes and told me he didn't change the oil. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle go elsewhere. I've never had an experience like this anywhere and I haven't included every lie I was told because doing so would take to much time. In conclusion, the owner lied and acted like a child and did not/has not admitted to any of it. I'm stuck with several thousand dollars of repair bills. Please do yourself a favor and do not shop there and tell anyone else considering Town Line motors of Orange Massachusetts.

I look up the parts online and discover the horrific mark-up. I asked if they can use a different supplier and get a better price. I'm told I need to speak with the owner, Greg, about that. All of a sudden Greg is no where to be found - no call back, nothing. They parked my car in a public lot for a week and charges me $30 to get the car back with NOTHING DONE TO IT! If the answer was 'no' and I didn't want to pay the extremely high prices for the parts then fine - maturity can prevail. Instead the owner decides to dodge all calls, no call backs, and no one else will make a decision on anything. Finally we have had enough. My wife and I drove an hour to go pick up her car. Greg's garage said they will leave the keys in the the car and we can pick it up after hours. We get there an the car is locked with the alarm on. This could not have gone worse.
