On the evening of 3/29/24 my fuel tank dropped out of my truck while driving home through Hubbardston. 20 years of salted roads took their toll and the straps rusted through. Ryan arrived on site in record time and had my 2004 Tundra and a full gas tank off the road and headed to the TJ shop on Gardner straight away. It took several days to get the necessary replacement parts from Toyota, but as soon as they arrived, Ryan had the new tank in place and I was on my way. Great service, good value, fair prices! We needed to have the car towed from house to the dealer for service. The driver was nice, and very careful loading up the car so everything seemed fine. When I asked him to hand the key to the dealer service rep, he said he'd just drop the car in the first available spot because the dealership is under construction and very busy. I immediately called the dealer to tell them the car would be there in about 30 min. The car was towed to the dealer, but the key was NOT handed to anyone and somehow lost! The driver claimed to have left it in the cup holder yet the dealer valet and service team could not locate it. Now, no one claims responsibility and we're out $200 to replace the key. West claims that it is routine for their drivers to just leave the key, but doesn't it seem reasonable to hand it off to an employee during business hours? Oh, and I had to drive to the dealer to provide the only remaining key so they could work on the car. Again, what seemed like good, careful service was lacking responsibility in something as simple as providing the car key to a dealer employee. I wouldn't recommend West again to deliver a car to a location. It seems it's their policy to drop it and leave.

We have had to use Bennys Trucking and Towing a handful of times through the years. Benny has…read morealways been there when he said he would be here. He is kind, patient, honest, reliable and has gone above and beyond when we needed him. Bennys is right here in Holland, Ma. And if he isn't available right away he will let you know. He's a busy guy and often times he's not available until the next day abut he takes you as the calls come in and he has always been here when he said he would be. I had a string of bad luck and my last 3 vehicles had serious issues. He also came another time because Imy youngest son locked my only set of keys in my truck. Sigh. Most recently, my GMC Terrain I purchased last year had some serious issues that lead me to calling Benny. Some of the issues with the truck made it difficult to lead the truck onto his truck bed. He found the issue and had to dismantle some of the shift case and what ever else. It was not an easy pickup and he was very fair to us! We are thankful to him. He takes the time to explain things to you and talks to you like a human being. We've come to know him somewhat and he has good family values and you can tell he comes from a good family. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened.
