Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.
