Absolutely the best! Will was fast, the price was more than fair, and he actually saved us from…read moredoing a more expensive repair! We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

This place is a fair and honest place to get your car diagnosed. We took my car in not knowing what…read morewas wrong with it and they were quick, transparent, and really nice about how to get to a solution. They didn't pressure us to go ahead with the service and were willing to explain the approach that they were going to take. Although I didn't end up getting my car fixed here, I would definitely take it back in the future just because of the nice service. I feel like that's really hard to come by in the automotive industry and so we really appreciated their transparency.

Last week I brought my car in because of three warning lights. One they said they couldn't fix…read more(back-up camera), the second (tire pressure) they passed on, and the third (brake pad sensor) should be replaced. They also told me that all lug nuts should be replaced 5/wheel, 20 total. I agreed to replace the brake sensor and lugs. They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away

One shop said $45 check out fee and they couldn't see it until Monday day so we called this Darwin & Matt was very nice, said he just opened and could look at it right away. AAA towed it there and I signed a paper so they could look at. My boss came and got me & my kiddos and before I got to work the shop called and said it was the alternator. Cost $404 for everything with labor plus fixing the connections on my battery. I asked how much labor was $90. I was surprised it sounded like a great offer. Talked to my Hubbie since he was at work and we told them at 12 told them to go ahead. By 2pm my car was ready!!!! 1 year warranty on parts and labor, fast work and they weren't charging an arm and leg. My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

Both experiences were outstanding. What really sets Gabe apart is his honesty and professionalism. Before doing any repairs, he took detailed videos showing exactly what was wrong with my car, explained everything clearly, and gave me the pricing upfront. I really appreciated that there was no pressure--he showed me what actually needed attention, what could wait, and why. During my Mercedes Service B, he again provided videos explaining the condition of my brakes and other maintenance items, along with his recommendations. It made me feel confident that I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They got my car in and out quickly, and the quality of service has been excellent every time. I originally came here because a friend recommended them, and now I completely understand why. If you're looking for honest, skilled mechanics who take the time to educate their customers, give Gabe and his team a try. You won't be disappointed!

My car sits in my garage during the winter so I needed some basic maintenance. When I dropped my car off, I let the guy at the desk know I wanted my oil changed, I wanted to find out and possibly repair what was causing the brake noise, top off fluids, and check both my engine and cabin air filters. I told him to give me a price for the cabin filter when he calls with the diagnosis of the brake noise, sense I've never changed that filter but I know they can be a little pricey. I dropped off in the morning and told the gentleman that I would be picking it up the next day, since I wouldn't get off work till late. The guy said no problem, it will be done tonight and waiting on you tomorrow. So as the day passes I receive no calls. I decide to call before they close to find out what happening. The guys says, yea it's done you can come get it. Wait what? What about asking me if I wanted to go forward with the brake repair. The guy says they changed the cabin filter, which I only asked for a price on it, and the oil. He said the brakes were fine and the engine air filter was clean. I say then what's the noise i hear? He said they didn't hear it and I would need to drive the car to recreate. The "noise" is easy to hear and consistent. So they obviously didn't test drive. The just did a brake inspection, which isn't exactly what I asked for. So I pick it up and the bill is 136.00. The cabin filter was 75 parts and labor, which I wouldn't have got if they had told me that, and a charge for brake inspection. The oil change was the standard amount I pay, but a little on the high end. I drive the mechanic around for 1 min and he says oh that's a warped rotor. 1: are you sure? All you did was guess from sound. 2: then why didn't you test drive it and call me with that diagnosis? Long story short, they didn't do what I asked, didn't communicate, and charged me for a service I only asked for a price on. Won't be going back.

They discovered some bad bushings on several control arms that prevented alignment from being performed completely, which is reasonable as it is an old car. However, instead of immediately calling to see if I wanted to authorize additional costs for parts and labor beyond the normal alignment, they went ahead and replaced a control arm at an additional cost of about $185. Later, they did finally call to see if I wanted to spend yet another $500 for more parts needed to fully align, which I declined, and they notified me of the $180 of extra work already performed. I would have declined the work they performed without my authorization because I normally can make such repairs myself. I have never before experienced a situation where added work was performed without prior notification and approval. And they did not offer any resolution when I objected to this having been done, leaving me no choice but to pay it.

They also sourced the cheapest gear oil possible but charged premium for it. Everything costed me more than $6,000. They even added oil changes I did not mention of wanting. I also called to ask for a quote for a brake job a bit after. After handfuls of missed calls, I told them I had all the parts and yet they still quoted me $2000. Absolutely ridiculous.
