Had an arrangement with another guy set up and he bailed at the last minute. So I cold-called Hobbs and Dave, the owner, is who answered. When I explained the situation, he offered several solutions, including storing my trailer for free since I was in a bind. Who does that these days??? When I picked it up on March 11, 2026, I found my vehicle in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off: * Missing parts under the hood * Panels not aligned properly * Brand new damage inside my vehicle, which they had no authorization to even touch While retrieving items from my vehicle we WITNESSED damaged parts placed inside my car. Because of this: * My windshield is scratched on the INSIDE * My red leather seats now have multiple tears and rips There is absolutely no justification for any of this. No one should have been inside my vehicle beyond the driver's seat--let alone placing broken parts across my interior. When I raised these issues, the shop manager, Chris, responded with excuses that were not only unprofessional but insulting: * Blamed a car wash for interior windshield damage (which makes no sense) * Suggested my family caused the seat damage * Claimed they were "cleaning" my interior--a service I NEVER requested or approved This level of deflection and lack of accountability is alarming. It has now been weeks since I picked up my vehicle, and no one has followed up or attempted to resolve this situation, even after I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with them directly. At this point, it's clear this location has no intention of taking responsibility. Corporate needs to step in immediately. I expect to be contacted ASAP to address the damage done to my vehicle and to make this right. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating this further
