We had Kaila and Shamara come to do the supreme clean to our house and they did amazing. They did a thorough job and were finished in about 3 hrs. Both were very friendly, and had great communication with us during their cleaning. I'm so glad we ditched our last cleaning service and tried out Already Maid, they have met our expectations and we will definitely be recurring customers. As a note -- I would give them 5 stars based on the great job they did, but I have to only give 4 stars because of their late arrival. We were scheduled for 2 pm, and they called us at about 1:30 pm that they would be late and arrive at 3 pm, however, they were another hour late and didn't arrive until 4 pm. Fortunately, they are a great company and out of respect of our time they have a refund policy of a free cleaning if they are over 30 mins late without calling first. And they held up to that policy; but we will most definitely still be having them back for our regular cleanings so hopefully that won't happen again. First off, I'd like to say how quick and easy booking a cleaning session was! Time was running out for me because I had a party to host last weekend. I normally do the cleaning on my own, but I took a chance on Already Maid and they did not disappoint. Kyla did a WONDERFUL job cleaning our home and the customer service we received from Already Maid was outstanding -- from the time I booked the appointment online to the follow up email after Kyla was done. We have not used a housecleaner before (and I am sure Kyla can attest to this by the condition of our home). But even with all she faced, Kyla's attitude was amazing! She came in with a smile and left with a smile -- never once saying anything about the massive job she was facing. Kyla's attention to detail was awesome, as well as her attention to our mini-blinds. I requested that my tile cleaning machine be used in place of mop - they happily complied. Someone called to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. One bath rooom was missed, that is outside house by pool - I forgot about it as did the cleaning crew - was offered a discount on next cleaning. Wow, that's customer service! This was my first time hiring a maid and I am very pleased with the work Melissa did for me in my home today. She was very sweet and friendly to me and as I walked her through my home explaining what I wanted done. As soon as she finished, I walked through the house and really thought everything looked great. She asked if she had missed anything and assured me if she did she would re-clean it for me, I told her everything was fine. I didn't give a higher rating, because she did arrive late (however in my case I was off and could wait) and then my husband pointed out later to me that she didn't clean inside the microwave (I'm sure if I had remembered to look in the microwave I could have gently reminded her to clean it). I found Already Maid thru Google. I have had other maid services but was looking for something new. I found Already Maid and was impressed by the speed they returned emails. I had sent out other emails that took a day or longer for follow up. I'm a busy person and if you have an email or a chat, it should be within a few hours of a normal work day response. Already Maid replied and was able to book me even though it was a very short lead time. Gloria arrived early even in the pouring rain. She was very efficient. More importantly, she and my 4-legged baby got along. When she finished, the house was sparkling. It smelled great and not that over the top "cleaning" smell. I am definitely using them on a regular basis. They have very good prices too. But that is not a major factor to me. read more

Heard about this place from a friend of mine. Been looking for a cleaning company for a while because let's face it... I'm too lazy to clean my apartment. It's small (one bedroom), but still pretty large, about 1000 sq. ft. They were fast, efficient, and affordable for the "eco-friendly" aspect. I only used their service one time though and will probably consider them in the future. The best part about them is their customer service which responded instantly via email the few times I got in contact with them. The only gripe I might make is that the maid was a few minutes early and I was just heading out of the house (I'd planned to leave a key under the mat on my way to work and not be there at all). read more

WOW! Wife is one of those that goes around and does the white glove treatment after SHE cleans just to make sure she did a god job. Two ladies showed up to clean our 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with large family room, den and kitchen. They were a bit late, but worth waiting for! Friendly, courteous and efficient. Arrived at 0930 and left at 1315-about 4 hours. The place looks great! Wife walked around checking everything and kept saying they did a great job! We recently finished a huge remodeling project and there was lots of construction dust all over everything. I have allergies so the best thing for me was to hire help. I found good reviews for Already Maid on Yelp so decided to try them. After 2 other maid services turned me down due to my location (Northeast near Lake Houston) I was a little concerned they might do the same but they were happy to come out to my area. I was able to book online, which was wonderful and convenient and got the Supreme Clean with additional blind cleaning. The maid showed up on time and did a wonderful job! I should mention that I am very picky about someone else cleaning my house but she did such a great job that I am going to be using them again. In fact, I just booked my 2nd cleaning! Customer service is great, we were able to reschedule as late as the day before and when the maid was running late to our home they called us to let us know. Highly recommended. read more

I chose to use Already Maid based on their Yelp reviews, so I thought it was fair to provide a review of my experience. Yes, their booking service via web was quite easy to use. I appreciated the ability to schedule their visit via email (due to my work schedule, it is sometimes difficult to get to a phone), in addition to the reminder email I received the day before the service. I also appreciate that my appointment time of 8a was respected, as I communicated that I had to leave promptly at 8:30a via email. The idea of a flat rate cleaning fee was another key point for me, as I imagined that I would have the listed services delivered, regardless of the time needed to deliver them. While $189 (over $200 with tax) was quite steep for a home under 1,000 sf, I followed the 3 bedroom guidance for a "supreme" clean. I justified the cost by the fact that I have a large dog, and he sheds, so I expected effort would be spent towards cleaning that. When the individual cleaning my home arrived, I walked her through the house communicating that yes, the house is small; however it is a "dog house" so it wouldn't be easy (at least 2 times). I let her know that she did not need to make either of the beds in the home (I had already stripped and washed the sheets, storing them in a closet), clean dishes as I would put up the clean dishes in the dishwasher, or take out any trash, since I had emptied all trash cans and recycling prior to arrival... all services included in the supreme clean. I did walk her to and point out a key location that I would like cleaned (some splatter underneath my kitchen shelves). I'm always anxious about going inside my home after letting someone in without supervision; however, I didn't even have to wait until I went inside to know I would not be happy. When I pulled into my driveway, an open trash bag was laying next to my door. (Did they forget it or is that policy to leave open trash bags out?) When I went into my home, the first thing I looked at was the splatter on my kitchen shelves. It had not been touched. A further walk around included cobwebs and dirt on interior of my back door, a dining table which had not been cleaned, a window sill (actually at eye-level) in front of the sink not even wiped down. I also noticed that none of the furniture had been vacuumed, or even touched, as the imprint from my dog jumping on it the night before was still clearly on the couch (he was not there during the cleaning day). Each of these items was listed in the supreme clean service. I went around with a spray cleaner and rag and was able to clean each of the items listed above which were neglected, confirming that the time just wasn't taken to do the job right. I didn't pay $200 expecting to have to follow-up after a professional. My rating of 2 stars or "Meh. I've experienced better." is accurate in that I have experienced better... much better. It seems that expecting to have my home cleaned in accordance with the services listed under "here's what you can expect" on the company's website was the wrong assumption. read more

We used this service for about 4 months, once a month, after a different cleaning service damaged our furniture. Their prices are reasonable, but every single time they came, they missed cleaning things: large areas of carpet, bathroom mirrors, even our master shower. At first we signed up for the "supreme" clean which included things like cleaning baseboards and door frames. Yet after two visits, and even though I reminded them to clean them on the second visit, our door frames and baseboards were as smudgy as ever, with visible fingerprints from everyday use. So I downgraded to the regular clean, figuring I'd give them a chance to get that right. But again, they ignored obvious things that needed cleaning. Yesterday after they came I ran my finger along a picture ledge and it was covered in dust, and there was still strands of hair on the walls of our shower, so I don't think they even made any attempt to clean it. Do not bother calling this agency. I called a week in advance to schedule a cleaning for the weekend. They called the night before to confirm the appointment. Then they called THE MORNING OF to cancel the appointment. I used an agency in the first place so that I wouldn't have to deal with flakiness. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer any explanation. Then someone kept calling to reschedule the appointment. This is a fly-by-night, poorly operated business that doesn't even have enough employees to meet their needs (they made sure to tell me the maids that they have are employees and not independent contractors which makes the absenteeism even worse). I am now back to searching for a reliable maid by word-of-mouth. What a waste of time! read more

I chatted with Greg this morning on the Already Maid website. I had been planning on using their services and realized that the list of things they clean didn't include the kitchen table. I've got 4 children under the age of 8 and the table and chairs are of such design that it's difficult to clean every nook and cranny (wish I had thought of that when I bought it!). So I asked Greg what package would include the table and chairs. It turns out that because they are made of wood, they would be covered under the supreme package because it includes polishing wood furniture. I clarified with him because I don't consider scraping dried yogurt off of a table to be in the same category as polishing. He said there is no guarantee that they will clean it very well since it isn't technically their job to clean food debris from the table. I asked if detailing the table and chairs could be an added service for a fee. He simply said no and sorry for the inconvenience. Wow. I get that they don't change light bulbs or wash laundry. There is no reason they can't scrub a table and chairs. I can conclude one of two things from this conversation: Already Maid is either a company that is not interested in going the extra mile to make each customer extremely satisfied or Greg is simply an unhelpful customer service representative. Either way, they lost a $219 cleaning from me. Too bad because I was excited to try them. Edit: I just got off the phone with Bayon (sp?)(pronounced "buy on"), the owner. He took the time to call me and explain that there was some misunderstanding between Greg and myself. He said the spirit of the supreme package (that includes the wood polishing) is that it is a detailing of the whole house. They don't repair furniture. They can't clean off paint from stained wood or fix bleached spots, etc, but they will clean and detail the furniture as well as all the other nooks and crannys of the house. He really avoided the pitfall that many other owners fall into of getting defensive and trying to convince someone who gave a bad review why they were wrong. Instead, he apologized and asked if he could earn back a positive review. I scheduled a cleaning for this coming Monday. We'll see how it goes... I upgraded them from 2 stars to 4 with the remaining 5th star to be given after I've seen the cleaning. Followup: After all that I had gone through and the massive amount of communication I had with the owner, I have to agree with Kelly C. They lack quality control and their maids (whom I never met) lacked the professional discipline to inspect their own work and not leave until the job is done or make arrangements for another visit. This is my story: After the first visit I inspected my home and found that an entire bathroom had not been touched, the ceiling fan blades were as disgusting they were before, window sills were filthy, the grout of the tile was only cleaned in half of the room (at least before it matched!). I contacted the owner and asked to exercise the free followup visit for not being satisfied. He wanted me to give him a list of everything the maids needed to clean. I told him that I wanted them to clean like professionals and make the house clean from top to bottom. If they followed that requirement, everything on my list would be satisfied and they might even catch a few things I missed. I did tell him (based on the fiasco with the chat rep about wanting my table cleaned) that I wanted the table to be CLEAN. He arranged for the appointment and a maid came as promised. I wasn't there, but my wife said she was there all day. I noticed some improvements. The fan blades were clean, the missed bathroom was clean, but the tile was still terrible, the window sills were dirty, the master bedroom wasn't vacuumed and the master bath wasn't touched, the list goes on and on. I contacted the owner again and told him how it went, but followed it with saying that I understood that my house was very dirty and while I didn't feel that they had held up the high standards that they profess to have, I did feel that I had gotten what I paid for. He followed up by apologizing again for me not being satisfied, but he was glad that I was satisfied and left it at that. He and his company showed a lot of potential, but when it came down to it, they didn't have what it took to do the job right. TLDR: You get what you pay for with these guys. If you house/apartment is in need of light cleaning I'm sure they will do an excellent job. If your house is flat out dirty and especially if it's large, don't jump on this thinking it's an amazing deal. You will be disappointed. If you go into it with low expectations, I think you'll be pleased. Oh, and label your trash can outside if you have recycling. Both times they dumped the trash in the recycling bin. It was such a pain to separate out! read more

Absolutely horrible maid service. Extremely unprofessional. The girls they sent to my house were poorly dressed and covered in tattoos. They must not do drug screening on their employees as I believe both girls were on drugs. They missed multiple spots in my house for dusting and I had to go back and clean quite a bit AFTER they left. I will NEVER use them again. And, you shouldn't either. read more

Funny, I'm not a review writer. I'm a review reader but these people deserve some serious credit for the work that they do, I couldn't let this one slide. I contacted Already Maid service to do a move out/in cleaning service to my home. The scheduling was easy. The customer service and communication was on point. My house needed alot of detailed work and it was very dusty. I must say that those two young ladies showed up on time and spent several hours in my home working none stop. It was hot and humid inside the home and those young ladies remained focused moving with a purpose which is commendable to me because I would have taken one look around that house seeing its condition combined with heat and quit!! I'm sorry i don't know their names but, they made sure that I was happy with the work that they were doing. They asked if i needed anything else (which alot of cleaners don't do) i know, i have had several. I was very impressed and they did a fantastic job especially considering all that needed to be done. I wish i had taken before and after photos of the detailed work that was done, indescribable! What impressed me the most is they did all of that work with me being in the way with tools, blinds, paint and measuring tape. I just used Already Maid for the first time and cannot wait to have them back!!! Gloria and Victoria came to my house ready to work. They even called ahead to let me know where they were since it was raining really heavily and I told them not to rush. When they arrived, they were polite, kind, and referred to me as "m'am" the entire time. So very professional! I was actually at home while they cleaned, doing other things, and I got to see their work ethic first hand. They brought all their own cleaning supplies, but I do recommend having your own if you like a certain product. I also like having my own mop so I don't have to, uh, share dirt. They got to work right away and began cleaning after I gave the tour and some basic requests. They were friendly, professional, and soo meticulous. I am a very very OCD germophobic, extreme clean type personality, and my house was pretty clean to begin with, so I wondered if their work would make a difference in my house going from clean to "super clean." IT DID! I really felt like I got my money's worth, because they cleaned every surface the website said they would, and I think even lightly dusted the blinds! (I only paid for the standard cleaning, not the supreme, so this impressed me.) The bed was done perfectly, they floor was vacuumed in a beautiful lined pattern (I can't do that myself!) and the glass shower door was silky smooth clean. Here's where they really made the difference: As we were walking through the house, Gloria stopped to pick up the tiniest string or fuzz on the floor. That kind of attention to detail made me fall in love with them! Also after they finished a room, they always asked me if I'd like to go check it and see if there was anything else I wanted to do. I loved that, because although I didn't feel the need to check, I like that they told me that a room was finished so I knew exactly what they were doing. I also requested that my tile floors be wet mopped, and they did a beautiful job of that. I always leave the floor a mess and wet, and end up drying it with towels, and they left it it just wet enough that it dried in 10-15 minutes. They also moved all my kitchen chairs out to mop under the table. Looove that. At the end, Gloria pointed out what they could do if I ever opted for a "supreme clean" to include the baseboards and cabinets. She even called her boss in the middle of cleaning for me to just get a quote on the first floor only of my house, which I was asking about. I absolutely loved these ladies, so much that I know I'll use them again even though I know Already Maid might be more expensive than other house cleaners. But they are worth every penny! I loved getting to see them in action and truly feel that they are trustworthy, detail-oriented women who do their best work for you. I cannot wait to begin a work relationship with them!
