You can use their online bill pay which allows you to pay your deposit, rent and browse your lease. The entry process can be a pain, as the system does not keep your application. This means you must submit a new one each time. So, what I did is type all my information into a word documents and copied and pasted the information each time we applied for a place. Rent is hard to come by in Bend right now, so be ready to turn in a ton of applications. For your income student loans, and seasonal pay can make it difficult to come up with enough income. As they typically do not use those for your income on the application. The staff is friendly and prompt. We have had an appliance go out, and it has been fixed in great timing. You can submit a request on their website for that. Overall, I would recommend them for sure. If you need help finding a place, just be sure to save your info on a word document.
