Unfortunately we were extremely displeased with our experience. After we moved out of our rental it took 30 days for our deposit to be returned. While this is legal it is disheartening that a company would keep our money for 30 days knowing we had to pay to move into a new house. Once we received our refund we were docked for several things that we shouldn't have been. We told them of electrical problems but were charged to replace the light bulbs, which we had already done. We paid close to $1,000 to have the house professionally cleaned including carpets and were docked for an additional cleaning fee, the house was cleaner when we left it then when we moved in and it was brand new so that's saying something. Of course once we saw the docks and received the check we have been out of the house for a month so have no way to prove we were unfairly docked. Extremely disheartening especially for how much they charge for rent and all the fees. Won't be using this company again. read more

My husband and I have purchased two rental homes in the Redmond area in the last couple of years and were pleased from the beginning to the end... and currently. These guys have managed my rental house in Bend for the past 10 years and done an outstanding job.
