His advice and knowledge got us into our new home! Once we were in contract, Sam and his team were always explaining the next steps and needs to have a clean and quick close. As well as the steps to have our new home set up with utilities etc. (they provided us an email with the whole list of who we needed to call and set up service with and different internet providers that serviced our area). When we had a question or concern; within the same day I would receive an email or text with the information or the requested phone number. Thank you Sam for an amazing experience and being such an integral part of creating our new home! And again thanks for our housewarming gift! If you are considering moving or selling I would highly recommend working with Sam and his team!
