I called Alpine Cleaning and Restoration because of some flooding that took place in my rental property laundry room. It was caused by a contractor. They came out the very next morning and were professional through the whole process. They worked well with my tenants and my tenants are very happy with their work. Our house burn down, and all I can say Alpine restoration did a bad work and during the reconstruction, we have ,robery from our back yard, tools ,2 new bycles ,ladders and more staff missing, it something weird cause we never had this experience before ,we did police report, but we never heard back from the police, since that time all work they did is falling apart ,talking about framing, we called them back to re do it cause it was a bad quality, it was done for people not professional . read more

We had a similar experience as described by other negative reviews. Alpine was quick to come out; they tore things up, left a mess, collected insurance and promised to come back to do repairs. There were weeks of being put off or scheduled appointments missed in which we took time off of work. When we finally did have someone come out to do work he did very little, left a mess and mostly just chatted away about his life. Promised to finish the following day but was a no show. Had a few more promises to come back but job never completed. Then we get a bill which included services never completed. Three weeks later and four different people spoken to, no apology or accountability, a slight adjustment made to our bill. Terrible experience to say the least. read more

If you want anything done in a timely and professional manner DO NOT HIRE ALPINE. I honestly have no idea how they are even still in business! Constantly late or no-shows then showing up randomly at my door without even calling to see if I'm home in the first place. It took them 3 months to do what should have taken 2 weeks at the most. For 3 months my family of 6 was limited to just the main floor of our home. My school aged kids couldn't sleep in their bedrooms. Every time they came to my home to repair my flooded basement they either forgot necessary tools or needed to take half the rest of the day to go get supplies... They broke a vent in the downstairs hallway and instead of telling me about it they tried to set it back together - then lost the screw to secure it. When it came time to install carpet instead of carrying it downstairs like a normal carpet professional they threw rolls of carpet down the stairs hitting the walls on both sides all the way down leaving dents and nicks in the paint. Then after installing the carpet (which was later coming up under the baseboards) they carelessly left razor blades sitting on the stairs which one of my 5 year olds found and cut his hand open. Do they just hire anyone with a pulse or what??? It's too bad there are no laws here to protect innocent consumers from horrible companies like this or they'd have a lawsuit on their hands. If this was back home in California this company would be out of business in a heartbeat. There is no sense of urgency or quality with any of these people at Alpine. It has just been an absolute nightmare I am very dissatisfied with the entire experience and if I could give them zero stars I would. GO TO ARS!!! read more

Terrible experience with Alpine. We had a water leak and called them to repair the damage to main floor and finished basement. They didn't keep track of what work they performed and tried to charge more than double what they were owed (several thousand dollars). Fought with them for several months over this. In the end it was resolved, but it would have been less work if I would have just fixed the problems from the water leak myself. read more

Their advertising says that they offer Mold Remediation although they reported that the project I had them bid on that the mold spore count was too high and they could not do the work or was not interested. Seriously if they offer Mold Remediation they should be able to handle any job. read more
