When I picked them up, I trusted everything was there and didn't think to count the garments before leaving. When I got home, I realized one of my suits was missing. Unfortunately, it was the suit I needed for a wedding this same week. Because I was out of town for work and the store had been closed, I called as soon as they reopened. I wasn't asking for a refund or trying to blame anyone--I simply asked if they could take a moment to check the back in case the suit had been misplaced or accidentally left on the rack. I even offered to provide the brand, size, and color to make it easier to identify. Instead, I was told there was no need to check because their system showed I had picked up all three suits. When I explained that I only had two, I was repeatedly told that I had taken all three. She refused to check for the missing suit, accused me of taking it, and then hung up on me. I even called back later, left and voicemail because they were not picking up my calls... I apologized if there had been any misunderstanding, and ended the voicemail asking one last time if they would simply double-check for the suit. I truly hope they do. Mistakes happen at every business, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't the possibility of a mistake....it was the complete lack of willingness to spend even a few minutes checking whether one had been made. After years of being a loyal customer, I expected better customer service and a genuine effort to help resolve the issue instead of hanging up and ignoring me. Based on this experience, I can't recommend trusting this business with valuable clothing.

He was going to fix my zipper in which I had to pay for when they were negligent for their actions. He didn't want to except responsibility and take a loss because It was my fault his machinery broke my zipper. This place is SHADY AND The GUY IS A Liar .They don't know what they are doing !!
