Dryers you pay by the quarter and are still reasonably priced. They have a reliable coin machine and even provide cups to help carry them to the machine. Staff seemed friendly. Signs posted for the pandemic are inaccurate and politicized, something I wish I knew before choosing to come here. I'm sure this note will specifically sway people one way or another when making the decision to use this laundromat. I know I will not be returning nor recommending.

The dryer I believe are all $0.25 for 5 minutes so be prepared to bring coins, this place does have a machine though to dispense coins if you need it which is helpful if you bring cash. I had read reviews earlier today before I went, so I WAS expecting it to be good. When I got there and saw the place, at first I wasn't so sure. Then I learned the machines don't take quarters. They have a card system. I was not familiar with that at all. BUT the female attendant was Extremely Patient and Helpful! I wonder if she's the owner? She was excellent at making this a smooth situation for me. She put a reasonable amount of money on the card for me. $10. Helped me learn how to use the washer. The cost was $6.50. She also helped me with the dryers. That cost me $3.00. The dryers are THE BEST of any laundromat I've ever been to. And I'm in my 60s. I will definitely keep this place in mind whenever I need to do laundry and I'm down that way again.

As I was searching, I came upon an advertisement for Soapy Pete's. Though the cost would add up to more, I decided to give it a try. I have been using the service weekly for about a month now. It is perfect for my lifestyle. I pack my laundry in bags they provide. One mesh bag is for special items and the other is for regular items. For example, I put everything that I don't want to go through the dryer in the mesh bag. They pick up my laundry from my workplace (they will pick up from your home, too, of course) on Tuesday. Then they return it on Wednesday. They follow the instructions in my profile. Those indicate temperature settings for washing and drying, detergent and softener brands, what to hang, and how to fold. Throughout the process, they send text (you can also choose email) alerts to remind me when pick up will be, the time the driver will arrive for pick up and delivery, etc. The drivers have been friendly and professional, taking more care than I expected to make sure that my items on hangers aren't going to fall and that my bras are not showing out to everyone. Fees for the service are per pound of laundry. The fees are lower for weekly pick up versus scheduling only when wanted. There is a minimum charge, though, so if you have a low volume of laundry, try it for a few weeks to determine which makes more sense for you.

The staff was very accommodating in helping me combine the money on had on 3 different cards. There are more than enough washers and dryers and they all function properly. They have a lot of tv's, magazines, coffee, snack vending machines and game machines to keep you occupied while you wait for your laundry to be washed and dried. If you run out of detergent they have a dispenser on the wall for all kinds of detergent needs. There is plenty of parking outside with nearby stores & restaurants to visit.
