I have been a loyal customer here for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I dropped off three suits and a shirt for dry cleaning. When I picked them up, I trusted everything was there and didn't think to count the garments before leaving. When I got home, I realized one of my suits was missing. Unfortunately, it was the suit I needed for a wedding this same week. Because I was out of town for work and the store had been closed, I called as soon as they reopened. I wasn't asking for a refund or trying to blame anyone--I simply asked if they could take a moment to check the back in case the suit had been misplaced or accidentally left on the rack. I even offered to provide the brand, size, and color to make it easier to identify. Instead, I was told there was no need to check because their system showed I had picked up all three suits. When I explained that I only had two, I was repeatedly told that I had taken all three. She refused to check for the missing suit, accused me of taking it, and then hung up on me. I even called back later, left and voicemail because they were not picking up my calls... I apologized if there had been any misunderstanding, and ended the voicemail asking one last time if they would simply double-check for the suit. I truly hope they do. Mistakes happen at every business, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't the possibility of a mistake....it was the complete lack of willingness to spend even a few minutes checking whether one had been made. After years of being a loyal customer, I expected better customer service and a genuine effort to help resolve the issue instead of hanging up and ignoring me. Based on this experience, I can't recommend trusting this business with valuable clothing. read more

They have provided great service to my family and I for over 26 years. Never had an issue!

First time at Spencer Cleaners. Made my old spotty silk sweater look like new. Thanks.

Took a pair of suit pants in to get the hem taken out of pant legs and lengthened 2 inches, the lady marked the material inside the pant leg to show where to lengthen, I picked up on a Thursday because I had a job interview on Friday morning and to my surprise she had actually shortened my suit pants. When I took them back the lady said I asked for them to be shortened.... no apology no refund ..... no more business from me. They don't listen! read more

*****Use At Your Own Risk******* They lost my pants. When my wife went back, they produced their copy of our ticket, with the number if pants change by hand. NO APOLOGY. NO REIMBURSEMENT. NOTHING. Terrible customer service. They don't care about their customers. My wife and I had been customers for years, and they did nothing to correct our issue. They don't care about losing good customers. We will not be going back. Don't go there if you care about your clothes. read more

New to the area and I've been looking for a good dry cleaners. I dropped of 5 blazer jackets and very happily received the back in pristine condition. Moreover, the prices are reasonable and the gentleman who was working at the register is especially polite and professional. I've decided to make this my go-to cleaners. read more

I brought in a top that had a hole in the pocket to be sewn. I picked up the shirt 3 days later. I didn't check the pocket before I left the cleaners. I got home and put the shirt on and noticed they didn't only fixed part of the hole. I took it back and the lady kept saying you said fix part of it. I told her that when I brought it in I said I needed the hole sewn. She kept looking at the other pocket. I kept telling her it's the pocket on the right side. She hands me a ticket and bills me again for their mistake. I didn't have the patience to keep going back at forth with her. I came back to pick up my shirt and the lady gave me attitude the minute I walked in the door. Before paying her again for a job they didn't do right the first time I checked the pocket. The lady was so annoyed that I was checking it. I told her it wasn't fixed the first time and I'm not paying for a 2nd time until I check it. I told her I will not be returning here again! Poor customer service!!!! read more

They lost one of my tops and then overcharged me from the price that was printed on my slip. When I questioned the employee, she laughed at me. read more

Everything is always perfect. The lady behind the desk is really friendly and accepts special request for high end items.

This was the worst experience in dry cleaning history!! Been coming here for awhile and every visit something goes wrong and the delusional oriental fuckma could care less about any type of reimbursement. I dropped off my $100 Ralph Lauren pants to be cleaned with a minor dirt spot on it. The lady (owner) looked me in the face and assured it would be taken care of no problem. I came a few days later to pick it up, not only was the spot not cleaned but there was a separate stain on the pant leg! These were new pants that had a minor spot and now all of this happened. I complained argued back n forth, she refused to give any of my money I paid her (cash), she wouldn't accept card under $10. She walked away and the problem wasn't solved. I was extremely frustrated being a business owner myself I tried explaining the proper resolution which she cared nothing about. Non emergency Oakland county came, she shit her pants, and noodles came out, finally gave me money back. All in all the worst dry cleaner in the world, extremely over priced and the worst attitude ever. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place! Take your valuables elsewhere!! Jokes read more
