The vehicles are in great condition, and the owner is simply awesome--super flexible with pick-up and drop-off hours, and genuinely cares about making customers happy. For our large group, he even gave us a discount, which made the already affordable prices even cheaper than the other rental shops along the main road. What really stood out was the flexibility and fairness. We were running late, and the weather wasn't ideal, but the owner, Greg, kindly allowed us extra riding time beyond our scheduled return--at no extra cost. On top of that, helmets and goggles were included for free, unlike other places that tack on extra charges for those basics. Honestly, you'd be paying way more for less at other places. Renting here is a no-brainer if you want the best deal, great service, and an owner who truly looks out for his customers. Highly, highly recommended!

Business owner was helpful beginning with a quick call to make an inquiry and service continued to be top-notch upon arrival and return 3. Helpful info on trails, maps & best locations. The phone app you can download shows where you are and is easy to follow. 4. Allows 18 year olds to drive (I would not recommend allowing 18 YO to drive up Sawtell Peak. Switch drivers to more experienced if you go to the top. 5. $100 cheaper for the 2 UTVs than the business nearby. And IPR was much more helpful over the phone with a few questions. The nearby business seemed to be too busy for the few questions. Tips: 1. Our favorite trail was actually one where very few seemed to use - Out to Henry's Lake. Stunning views of the lake with mountains in the background. 2. If you are afraid of heights at all, I mean AT ALL, do not go to the top of Sawtell Peak. 3/4 of the way up is fine. But once you are past that it literally drops off - tight turns and even the braver ones in my group were nervous 3. Bring or rent goggles or sunglasses even for kids or passengers. The dust from other drivers is tough without them. 4. Although the 2 seaters have a spot you can tie down a cooler, we were glad that we also rented a 4-seater for 2 of us, using the backseat to store coolers in the shade and extra storage

We stayed for two nights in the Grizzly Loft, but it was anything but a loft! There was so much room, it was setup no nice and decorated so warmly. We were grateful to have the ability to have our own showers, washer/dryer and kitchen after staying several nights and various state park cabins. It was a lovely way to reset while we spent two days exploring Yellowstone. We met the people staying in the Grizzly Cabin (larger place, full house, on the same property next to us) and they were so pleasant. Then there is the Grizzly Lodge which is even larger! The cabin and lodge had their own hot tubs, and they had fire pits and firepit seating with swings made out of ski lift chairs. The whole experience was the best of our 8 day trip (OR to WY and back) to be honest, when it came to lodging.
