Justin and Judy are incredibly kind and giving individuals, and their passion for the land is manifested through their dialogue, and that simple look of absolute adoration they both bear. Being from California, I am not accustomed to seeing such a great mass of land and understanding that it is managed and maintained by a few honest people. Though I cannot possibly fathom what drive and dedication it takes to care for the ranch and creek, I do however know, without a doubt, that when it comes to Yelp, five stars is an understatement.

As I did my first fly fishing trip ever with a guide from here I can say from experience that they know how to teach and aid anyone from their first cast onward as they are also able to help hone the skills of more seasoned veterans. Highly recommend you get a guide from here if you are fishing in the area and want to set yourself up for some great catches and memories. The shop itself is also very cool and has a lot of great merch and lots of friendly folks around who are easy to strike up a conversation with and get some insight into how the river is fishing and what bugs they are getting hits with. Both guides were fun, patient and provided just the right amount of instruction to the kids so they could improve on their technique. Everyone managed to land fish...a lot of fish. On the second day, Nolan took us out on his boat and we caught even more fish. My kids had a blast both days and have said it was their best fishing trip yet.
