Erik is a nice guy. But DO NOT let him touch anything electronic or security related in or near your house. These guys do terrible work, and break security and audio systems that were working before they got there.
They do not have the licenses or subject matter expertise to be messing with any kind of security systems so I would be showing them the door the second they arrive.
They took two working security systems and severely broke them, literally opening up a security console to "install a bigger hard drive" which ended up costing more than just upgrading the system... Something they failed to mention
During the upgrade they fried something inside the console in my security system went dead. No cameras, no nothing.
When I texted him to fix the issue, he said he was "going out of town to Miami, but would be back in about a week and would take a look at it..."
I'm filing complaints with the state Attorney General's office and it looks like they don't have any of the necessary licenses to do the work they're doing, so I would be extremely suspicious if they show up at your house.
He should be working at Best Buy, NOT installing audio, video, or security equipment. read more
