Came here Saturday afternoon 9/5/15 to have a huge custom job printed believing they would be open given the hours advertised on their website and the fact that I had been there on a Saturday afternoon only a month prior. Drove 20 minutes only to arrive and find the place closed - it was 1pm, their website and the sign on the door indicated Saturday hours of 9am-3pm, and the only other sign on the door regarding hours was in reference to their being closed for Labor Day the following Monday. If you're not going to be open, perhaps advertise that fact to your customers! We drove all the way to this particular location because Saturday is the only time we have to get stuff like this done since we work M-F 8-5 like most people. Even just a simple sign on the door would have been helpful instead of standing outside in the heat for 5-10 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. We ended up having to go across the street to FedEx Office and give them our business even though the service and quality was less than stellar because it was our only option on a Saturday afternoon. Disappointing. read more

I was planning a memorial celebration of life celebration and I needed some prayer cards and folders printed up at pretty short notice. They went above and beyond helped me to come up with a beautiful design in a timely and very professional manner. And they came out soooooo beautiful!!! Thanks for the ama I gotta customer service read more

John is amazing and the whole team works hard to make sure their customers are satisfied!

I prefer the quality of AlphaGraphics over Kinkos for a printer when you're in a hurry, but wtf are people talking about with the "stellar customer service"? I went there today and everyone looked like they'd rather be dead than at work. An older woman barely helped me. At least at Kinkos they do everything for you. I have never been to a print store that required you to figure shit out on your own. She pointed to a computer (an old one at that) and I had to figure out which printer to send it to and how to adjust the settings to fit what I was trying to print. I am very computer savvy, but it just seemed lazy of them/her. She kept walking away and I kept hollering across the entire fucking store asking questions. Seriously!? Just take my thumb drive, plug it in, print the files, and be done with it. Isn't that so much easier than me bugging you 10 times? It's one thing if I request a self-service setup, but I didn't. I was just very unimpressed. No one was particularly mean or rude, just not the least bit happy or helpful. It's frustrating and I'd rather go to Kinkos. I big MEH from me read more

I typically like to use local businesses but was let down a bit by the one previously used. I had to get a large job done quickly and correct the FIRST time so I took the chance on AlphaGraphics and pleased to admit that they were extremely efficient, understanding to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. For the job I needed done I was expecting at least 3 business days. I was told it may take only 24 to 48 hours to complete it however, they were done in UNDER 24 hours which was surprising and so very much appreciated. They were extremely professional and offered money saving and time saving suggestions. I'll definitely be using this AlphaGraphics in the future for all my printing needs. read more

I was referred to Larry Furlong and AlphaGraphics by a friend. I needed a quality print job at a reasonable price with a fast turnaround. I got everything I wanted and great service to boot! read more

The customer service is stellar! The quality of the printing is top of the line, I've never seen more crisp and vibrant printing! The turn around time is impeccable. The staff at Alpha Graphics is very helpful, and great to work with. They do quality, professional work, with a fast turnaround and exceptional customer service. Larry hand delivered an order to me and it was a 25 minute drive from their office. Exceptional customer service and they get the job done right with no hassle. read more

Great vendors that are affordable are rare. Here's one that must be shared. With R and R Images being acquired by Shutterfly, I needed to find a new printer for a reprint of a small job they had done last year. They recommended AlphaGraphics. Really? was my first thought. Then I called the store. Very nice. Turns out a couple of the AG stores are huge and have tons of capabilities. Larry Furlong is the franchise owner and couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. He emailed over a quote within minutes! And the next day I had a courier deliver a full capabilities kit with samples, catalogs, etc. They cater to agencies, he says. I'll say. They've just taken a spot in my "Supplier Swiss Army knife". Email the file and they'll blind ship to your client and drop a few samples in the mail for you as well. Boom. There you go. read more

I run a consulting business and because I frequently add and subtract service lines, I frequently need new business cards. I also need a competent printer to print, collate, and bind proposals and reports. I always choose the AlphaGraphics on Camelback. They are always professional and efficient. What more can you ask? read more

John Monteith is awesome! He really knows his printing as well as what his customers want/need and works within our budget!

This is, without a doubt, my favorite printer! I now use them exclusively, because there hasn't been a project that they haven't been able to do faster, better quality, or at a competitive price. And the products they have available - more than I can even imagine! It is a branding fantasyland! And the icing on the cake is that the level of customer service and friendliness of the staff is fantastic. read more

Always fast easy helpful and polite!!! Kudos to Alphagraphics for reaching their employees amazing customer service. Thank you for always taking care of us read more

Very nice business. Open on Sunday and no fuss. Other places won't print from word docs but require PDFs. These guys said no problem. Very reasonable printing costs. Very good customer service. read more

I recently used this AlphaGraphics location for a specialty print job for one of my clients. Larry Furlong (the franchise owner) assisted us every step of the way. The customer service, follow up, print quality and turn around was excellent! I will be using them again and highly recommend their services!! read more

I did a short-run printing of some saddle-stitched booklets. I was concerned about how they would turn out, since the printing would be digital. They look fantastic, and were expertly bound and trimmed. Highly recommended! read more

Its been a while coming but long overdue, I just wanted to take a minute to commend John M. at the Alphagraphics Camelback location once again on all of his service and willingness to help us with our various needs. Regardless of the job or scale, his service and attitude could not be better, that coupled with the services they can offer and the more than competitive prices, I really don't see the need to shop for printing any longer. As a small business, I know that our volume isn't huge but at this point we feel confident sending 99% of our work to them. I will always speak highly of this store and John M. in particular when discussing printing with any friends, family or business contacts, hopefully some more work comes your way as a result. Again, I just wanted it to be known what an asset he is to us and I am sure to you. With much appreciation, -Dustin. read more

Larry was great to work with! I used Alphagraphics to create and send out over 1,500 event invites for a customer appreciation event. The invite creative, printing and shipping were all executed without any issues. He was more than patient going back and forth with all of the tweaks I kept changing my mind on for the wording of the invitation. Larry was even able to cut the printing time frame in half to get the invites out sooner (after I had been procrastinating). I would definitely recommend! read more

These folks really go out of their way to make this as effortless as possible. About all of the services they provide are outside of my skill sets and they go about it all with grace ande ease making me look good. Thanks very much to the whole crew!!! Phoenix Business Owner :) read more

Aaron did an awesome job. I gave him my ideas and he presented perfect product options. The end result was turned around very quickly.

Larry Furlong's knowledge of paper types really made our project work. The cards that were made exactly matched the envelopes and other materials we use. The quality of work exceeded our expectations - the cards are thicker that I thought they would be which means the best paper was used. Great customer service and very easy to work with. Our job was completed quickly and perfect! read more

One of the worst printing services I have ever been to! Don't ever think going to this place, you will regret it if you did!!

Disappointed!!! Was so determined to have an awesome birthday party for my son who recently broke his jaw. I wanted to customize everything, so I took my items to Alphagraphics to get good quality prints. I was originally being helped by Myles. I told him EXACTLY what I wanted. He seemed a bit confused but lucky a gal came along and helped him help me. I needed water bottle labels PRINTED (I had the file made on Etsy, so you would think it would be a print and go. Boy was I wrong. At the end I did get what I needed. Or so I thought.... (it also came with a price $$) I have been to this location 4 times now for a simple water bottle label for reasons that honestly I think they should have been able to figure out on their own! I came in to proof the labels with the water bottle they requested I bring. Guess what? They don't fit! You would think someone in there drinks water and they would go off that but the gal said they looked it up on the internet! Seriously? I asked that they fix them and she said for $25 the "design team" could fix them. WHAT?!?! I didn't think this was my mistake to begin with so why do I have to fork over more $ to have them the way I originally requested??? I said forget it and that $50 for water bottle labels is ridiculous so just print them. (Running out of time for party) I get a call a few days later asking how many I would like printed. Are you kidding me? I had 1 file with 4 designs so you would think they would just divide 20 by 4. Unbelievable. Today I finally pick up the finished product only to find that after all this unorganized mess, I only got 1 designed printed. My 1st and LAST time doing business here. read more

We are a small nonprofit organization and have come to depend on Larry and Alphagraphics to help us make the most out of our limited funds. They are creative, responsive and have a lot of good ideas. read more

I always thought of AlphaGraphics more like a Kinkos in terms of services. I didn't realize they did full scale marketing projects until a friend told me about it. Larry (Our Rep) was so helpful from start to finish on not only meeting our budget and deadline, but also giving us advice when we just weren't sure how to tailor the message. The best part...the project came in on time and under budget. I take that back...the best part is how great the piece looks. I'm really excited for this to get in my clients hands next week! read more

Sharai was very helpful on the phone when I was trying to price out my options and quick to respond to my emails. My order was ready a few hours before they said it would be, so that's great. Overall, a good experience! read more

There are many places to go for printing needs. I was referred to Alphagraphics on Camelback from a co-worker. I needed some posters and flyers printed for an upcoming fundraiser I am hosting. The process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. Dee Ann Mullins was a wonderful associate to do business with. She gave me options, great ideas, and was helpful in making my decision. The turn around time was 2 days. They do everything here at Alphagraphics. Make this location your "go-to" place for your printing needs. I will be returning with more business. read more

The company I work for has struggled to locate a printer that can accurately render our company color on business cards. Additionally, it is difficult to locate a printer that offers heavier card stock with a glossy front and matte back. We have a number of staff that like to write notes, numbers, et cetera on the back of their business cards, and it is tricky to find a stock that doesn't smear too much. We worked with Aaron Burckle, who was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. They first printed us one round of proofs on a really nice heavy matte stock, but the color wasn't right. Aaron patiently reviewed the card stock options with us, and helped us select a stock that would work best for our design. He assured us that they would get the color right, so he took a color sample back to their print team and they proceeded to match it on a different card stock with the glossy front that really helped the color pop. We are so pleased with the cards they printed and our staff immediately noticed the improved quality. I really appreciated working with a sales person whose knowledge of the process was matched by their ability to deliver. read more

For all the years Alphagraphics has been on Camelback at 21st Street, I have taken all my little fax and copy jobs there and found the workers to always be efficient and accommodating without exception. Now fragile with age and weakening heart, nearing 80, and widowed in 2013, I went in on Dec 7 with my beloved husband of 57 years funeral program which included his biography to have it finessed into a keepsake edition to be enclosed with 2013 Christmas cards. He had lived a long life of dignity, sterling character, and of service to others. Initially, I was treated well. When a proof was finally ready I was told to take it home and read it backwards to catch their mistakes. Not surprisingly I missed many. Going back time after time, the woman would leave me alone in a room to read through it again backwards... on several days. I said it would be so good if the typing department would check their own work, and leave only the final check to me; she said they were too busy. When at last notes had been made on everything, and nothing was left to correct except the color in a picture...which they assured me was as good as they could get it since their store does not have the kind of equipment the little Dallas printer had used, the programs were finally finished and ready for me to pick up and get into the mail on Christmas Eve. As it turned out after reading both forward and backwards I had missed a particularly bad mistake, so bad I was embarrassed to mail them. Back in Alphagraphics the day after Christmas the woman hit me with both barrels saying I should have paid more attention, and when she admitted Alphagraphics had missed one of my notations, I asked her if they would redo it one more time to correct what they had missed, and also fix what I had missed, she said a flat No, that Alphagraphics had already spent hours and hours on my project, and that they were through. When I asked if Alphagraphics would refund the money so I could take the project elsewhere to be finished properly, she gave me one of her looks and said of course not. My face must have reflected my emotions as she then said, 'we did all this for you and now you are angry at us'. I said, no, that I was sad and when I burst into tears, she said, 'Oh, and now you are going to start crying' It was right then that my meltdown happened. I said that as a senior I should contact Tom Horne because laws on senior abuse in Arizona are firmly in place. At that point the woman really let loose saying I was threatening them and playing the age card. To whomever reads this, please note that this woman would not have dared use her demeaning and condescending tone on a male half my age, nor treat him as she did me. Even more so, she would not dare treat a female half my age as she did me! read more

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The project was done well, but was extremely expensive compared to competitors. I was amazed that EVERY single employee I dealt with was rude, and unwilling to help. The manager wouldn't even look at me. After my horrific experience with Alphagraphics I was asked to complete a customer service survey in my email. After I completed it I received an email from the franchise owner with statements like "sorry you FELT we were rude." Really?! read more

John and everyone at AlphaGraphics are absolutely incredible! We have had deadlines where I didn't even think it was possible for them to meet the expectations, they over exceeded them with diligence and perfection! We can't rave enough about everyone. Larry and his team are excellent! They produce quality work and always meet the deadlines. They are great to work with.

I have never worked with anyone who has the ability to combine true personal service, with high quality professional work. Normally, a customer can expect to receive one or the other, but Larry's team provides both consistently. read more

Unfortunately for me, at one time, I'd give this group on Camelback 5 stars, and make a great argument as to why. Over the last 1/2 year, it is barely 2 stars. I have picked up project after project that was absolutely the worst copied material I've ever seen, so bad, that I won't dare give it out to my customers, and have had them redo it. They redo it at no charge, but my schedule isn't allowing me to keep training them. Recently, they did a major project for me, and it looks great, out of the park great. I did not get my proofs or originals back, and it is the only set I have to make a $ 35.00 flip chart. I make these by the $ 700 chunks. Now, I guess my fault for not having a back up copy of masters, but if I have to do that, babysit who I am paying top money for, I really need to find somebody else that won't loose my originals. I, at this point, am looking for another print source. You use them all you want, rave about them up and down, let them keep your originals next time you pick up a print job and see how great you think they are putting you in a hole. read more
