The knowledge that I am provided has been one of the best in the different places I've been to. The instructors are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any in all questions you may have. This year, I didn't really need one for work however I wanted to make sure that I still kept it in place because it's so important to me. I get test nervousness however they are very well firsts in going over all of the questions ahead of time if you pay attention, you definitely will get your answers correct. The place is very well maintained. I've trained in the main office and also their other one that is on the same building all of their mannequins and stuff that they use are all cleaned each use in the building itself is very well kept. Brandi was my instructor and let me tell you , she knows her stuff! The entire office does!

Test was easy (considering this my is my 6th time in 12 years doing the ACLS) plus I recently had a better understanding EKG strips from a class I took at work. Make sure to bring food next time. They have a microwave and they have water and coffee too. But the lady at the front desk seems a bit rude when I asked her questions. Like she's not happy with her job.

Also, instead of a bulky textbook, they have a simplified what we need to know on a useful worksheet - I love this! Richard is an awesome instructor. He keeps the class entertaining and is very thorough in his explanations. For someone who would be new to Healthcare - take his class because he explains things very clearly so that you can easily absorb the learning material. His class runs a little over 3 hours. You will leave how to provide high-quality CPR, what do to offer you find someone unresponsive, and techniques to help someone choking. After the American…read moreRed Cross cancelled multiple classes without notice, a friend of mine told me to contact Shannon and see if she could take me in for her classes. Now mind you, we are in the COVID pandemic at this time, so classes are very scarse. I text Shannon Tuesday and she was able to bring me into her class for Thursday. She followed all safety protocol, went through the information very thoroughly, and even gave personal experiences with CPR and first aide rescues. I would HIGHLY recommend taking her class. Here's what I liked: - Easy scheduling - laid back "no pressure" atmosphere. - Easy to communicate with the friendly staff - inexpensive - welcoming; for example, you can sit through classes for free if you feel you need more instruction - comfortable environment ; The class was small in a nice area and building on the second floor. - set you up for success which is how it should be! Note: I did have to go across the street to pay cash after the class but it was no big deal. Plan to have cash on hand in the event you cannot pay electronically or just plan to stop at an ATM after.
