The idea is that you'll never have to use these skills however coming here this is not my first time here. The knowledge that I am provided has been one of the best in the different places I've been to. The instructors are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any in all questions you may have. This year, I didn't really need one for work however I wanted to make sure that I still kept it in place because it's so important to me. I get test nervousness however they are very well firsts in going over all of the questions ahead of time if you pay attention, you definitely will get your answers correct. The place is very well maintained. I've trained in the main office and also their other one that is on the same building all of their mannequins and stuff that they use are all cleaned each use in the building itself is very well kept. She has a real gift for breaking down critical, life-saving skills in a way that is easy to understand and remember. The entire class felt interactive and hands-on, and she did a great job of keeping everyone engaged the whole time. I left the training feeling much more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency situation. What stood out most was how empowering the session felt. Vickie doesn't just teach the material. She makes sure you feel prepared and capable of actually using it if the need ever arises. Highly recommend her training to anyone looking for CPR certification or a refresher. I recently took my BLS/ACLS update and we…read moredid the megacode on our own table and just verbalized to the instructor the steps but according to her, by the end of the month, COVID protocols will completely be lifted and the old way of doing megacode as a group will be implemented again. Test was easy (considering this my is my 6th time in 12 years doing the ACLS) plus I recently had a better understanding EKG strips from a class I took at work. Make sure to bring food next time. They have a microwave and they have water and coffee too. But the lady at the front desk seems a bit rude when I asked her questions. Like she's not happy with her job.

After the American…read moreRed Cross cancelled multiple classes without notice, a friend of mine told me to contact Shannon and see if she could take me in for her classes. Now mind you, we are in the COVID pandemic at this time, so classes are very scarse. I text Shannon Tuesday and she was able to bring me into her class for Thursday. She followed all safety protocol, went through the information very thoroughly, and even gave personal experiences with CPR and first aide rescues. I would HIGHLY recommend taking her class.
