The entire class felt interactive and hands-on, and she did a great job of keeping everyone engaged the whole time. I recently took my BLS/ACLS update and we…read moredid the megacode on our own table and just verbalized to the instructor the steps but according to her, by the end of the month, COVID protocols will completely be lifted and the old way of doing megacode as a group will be implemented again. Test was easy (considering this my is my 6th time in 12 years doing the ACLS) plus I recently had a better understanding EKG strips from a class I took at work. Make sure to bring food next time. They have a microwave and they have water and coffee too. But the lady at the front desk seems a bit rude when I asked her questions. Like she's not happy with her job.

The idea is that you'll never have to use these skills however coming here this is not my first time here. The knowledge that I am provided has been one of the best in the different places I've been to. The instructors are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any in all questions you may have. This year, I didn't really need one for work however I wanted to make sure that I still kept it in place because it's so important to me. I get test nervousness however they are very well firsts in going over all of the questions ahead of time if you pay attention, you definitely will get your answers correct. The place is very well maintained. I've trained in the main office and also their other one that is on the same building all of their mannequins and stuff that they use are all cleaned each use in the building itself is very well kept. Brandi was my instructor and let me tell you , she knows her stuff! The entire office does!

The facility itself was nice and spacious, there was a few separate classes going on. They have a coffee station, and you can buy snacks if needed.
