I was told that it was correct and submitted to the district. Upon calling the district, there wasn't a record of it. All submissions are done online and there are things in place to make sure addresses are correct. I contacted Linda again and was forwarded a screen capture of the submittal of test results. The test date was incorrect since she had come the day before. Results were not submitted until they were a week past due. I am still not sure if she actually tested since she was questioning whether or not she tested the right house.
