Long-time customer of March and Ash--until now. I placed a…read moredelivery order at noon for a 6-8 PM window. Got confirmations and tracking, then watched the delivery time get pushed back all night. Right before 8, the tracking link stopped working--and my order just... never showed up. No call, no message, nothing. Customer service conveniently closed at 8, so I had to use chat. After a long wait, they casually told me they were "booked" and couldn't deliver. That was it--no effort to fix it, no accountability. Next morning, I'm told my order was canceled and I need to reorder--except now it's over $30 more. Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. Took my business elsewhere and spent more without the hassle. Not the way to treat someone who's been coming back for years!

But I keep coming back to this March and Ash because one of their budtenders named Zach completely floored me with his customer service. So, it's nice when you have a rep of your company who is not only mind-bogglingly knowledgeable and detailed, but whose energy, charm, and wit match. (Not to mention his sexual energy is off the charts.) But I digress. He spent almost twenty minutes with me explaining resin-based products, why they smell the way they do, he justified the cost, and basically provided some of the best customer service I've ever had.
