That was it--no effort to fix it, no accountability. Next morning, I'm told my order was canceled and I need to reorder--except now it's over $30 more. Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. But I currently live with 2 tenants who are currently using this Cannibus Drug for medical purposes. I wanted to see what this WELLGREENS Dispensary is like in terms of customer service, the different types of Cannibus Products like the different brands, scents and the Cannibus Products are sold from less than one ounce to one ounce is the highest level because this product friends on the grams and is weighed every time to determine the price and the quality of these brand name Cannibus Products that are sold in this WELLGREENS Dispensary. This older woman who I was with today wanted to buy 2 packages of this Cannibus Product. When we both walked towards the front door , we both entered their double doors. There was one employee who stopped us at the front counter. He asked me for my Drivers License and her for her Real ID Card to make sure we are at least 18 to purchase this product. This guy gave this woman a plague card that showed a 10 percent discount off of her first purchase today. After we showed our ID Cards when we entered the front door in this room, then we were allowed to walk inside another room that led to us walking down a long hallway. On the Wall in a large Display Case, there were Marijuana Leaves that was sprayed in Gold Paint . Then we both walked inside this large room where we observed 6 men employees who were selling Marijuana to their customers. I mostly saw approximately 7 customers who were inside this WELLGREENS Dispensary tonight. There were 6 younger men and 2 older women who were interested in purchasing these different brands of Cannibus products. One guy his name is Daniel helped my friend. My woman friend said to Daniel this employee that she wants to buy 2 packages of 3.05 grams of Cannibus that has these sweeter scents to them. Daniel took out 5 different Brands on these Cannibus Products to show my elderly woman friend. This person made her decision and bought the Brand that comes in 2 separate Blue Packages and the price that Daniel charged her was only $11.00 with her 10 percent discounted price. The Actual Price was $15.08. Then my friend bought another Cannibus Product that has the ingredient THC in this product. This ingredient THC is more potent when someone is smoking this Cannibus Brand Product in using a Bong or a Pipe. It makes people cough a lot more when that person is inhaling this Cannibus with THC into their lungs. Daniel asked me if I would be interested in buying their Gummies or their Liquid products? I said NO THANK YOU! Because I don't smoke Cannibus or eat it. I was curious about this WELLGREENS Dispensary snd the operation of their store. My woman friend purchased these 2 packages of the Cannibus products in the same level on 3.05 ounces with the THC ingredient in it. The price cost was more expensive. Daniel gave my elderly woman friend excellent customer service and he was very friendly towards me . I only saw one Hispanic younger woman Cannibus employee selling their products today. There were 5 younger men employees behind the counter who were getting a lot of business from their much younger customers today. The majority of their customers were 90 percent much younger men in their early 20's buying these Cannibus products. I hardly saw older people that are 65 plus we're not buying these Cannibus brand products. I saw a wide selection of different brands and different sizes in grams that were pre-packaged. The most Cannibus products that a customer can purchase is ONE Ounce. The Quality of these Products and the Value was very affordable.

At first, everything was going well. The employee helping me, Andrea ( the manager ) was polite and knowledgeable while assisting with an issue involving a previous purchase. I ended up buying additional items, and after checking out I even left a $5 tip because I appreciated the help. The problem started when I asked to use reward points. I was told I didn't have any available, but my partner did. After providing his information, the points were confirmed to be there, but I was told they couldn't be applied because he wasn't physically present. While I understand policies exist, this became frustrating because we share the account and shop there together regularly. At that point, I asked if I could simply return the items I had literally purchased only minutes earlier so I could place the order online instead. I was told there were absolutely no returns allowed, even though the transaction had just happened. I left feeling upset and realized shortly afterward that I had accidentally left my wallet behind. When I returned to retrieve it, I could clearly tell staff were discussing the situation. Feeling frustrated and disappointed with how everything had been handled, I took back the $5 tip I had placed in the jar moments earlier. Andrea then called me a thief in front of others, despite the fact that it was my own money I had just tipped. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've supported this company for years and never expected to be treated this way. One bad interaction can really change how a longtime customer feels, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression.

I could tell the owner was not very knowledgeable and does not vape because he has been smoking cigarettes for 30 years. This is both good and bad. Prices - were either the same or a little less than what I found online: the 15ml bottle I purchased was $6 for one or $10 for two bottles. The 30ml bottle was only $15 where the last shop I went to charged $20. I'm purchasing small bottles because I want to try and have different flavors. The shop sells bongs and stuff like that for weed smokers and hookah bongs, and cigarettes and various tobacco products. My juice collection: 30ml Mint - 18mg nicotine (50VG/50PG)$20 was WAY WAY to high and super harsh.
