I saw the Instagram promo pop up so I decided to give it a try. On their Instagram it's indicated…read morethat platters were $9.99. When I arrived it was a promotional pricing on Instagram so it was in fact 13.99 with the 30% off giving the 9.99 before tax price. So I just felt duped because I was looking forward to a $7 range meal item. I ordered two greek and two chicken souvlaki option. The meal comes with some tomato based potato, rice, salad and the protein. The tomato based potato is extremely salty. The rice was uncle Ben's rice on salt steroids- I couldn't taste the rice, it was just like I was eating a box of salt. The chicken was raw and overly salty- everyone threw it out. The gyro was dry, cold and overly salty- everyone threw it out. Just not edible. The salad was not bad. So I paid $12 x4 in total for a small salad because the food was just too salty. Oh yes order comes with a bread- it's stale. The location is in the front of the plaza, there's about 5 people putting orders through. Give it a try if you want to shoot your blood pressure up. :) Update: I did report to the restaurant that they were serving raw chicken kabob, at the time, they were still serving the menu item and still open. I requested for a resolution- they provided me a refund, but still remained open to receive orders. :/. I had hoped they would pull the menu items off or temporarily close while they resolved the food handling problems.

The best Greek food in town!…read more The restaurant has parking up a steep ramp or on the lower level, same level as the street. The restaurant has either a building with elevator access or down the stairs around the corner, so lots of accessibility. The people at this restaurant are amazing. They definitely go above and beyond to make your experience wonderful. The restaurant has a section for private dining and a larger casual area. It's clean, it's spacious and nothing but tip top service. We had catering from them for approx 1000 people and they did not disappoint. Djole and his team worked hard to get the food prepped and delivered on time and more importantly - hot and delicious. They listened to what our needs were and adjusted accordingly with their expertise. Chicken souvlaki - 10/10 super juicy and grilled beautifully Moussaka (vegetarian) 100/10- the vegetables were layered and cooked to perfection. The creamy mix of potatoes on top add a lovely depth to the dish. Spanikopita bites 10/10 - on point and delicious Rice - flavorful Potatoes - super yummy Overall, nothing but great things to say about this team. Love them!

If you are looking for scrumptious Greek fare downtown Kitchener, seek on friend. Three Kretans…read moreplated up a sporting saganaki to heighten hopes, a passable moussaka to temper them, then: shamefully horrid, unswallowable "grilled" vegetables, what I imagined was Greek flavoured Rice a Roni, Greek stew harbouring a Club House flavour standoff with cinnamon holding high ground, stale potatoes in a cloak of acidic lemon sauce (so sad about that one) and gyro meat like wood chips (good ground cover next spring) to shatter any chance at a pleasant culinary experience. The cheese did some heavy lifting to earn an overall food rating of 3.5 / 10. Truly, truly bad. Great service, borderline awkward contrast. Relaxed (empty) atmosphere, go figure...
