My wife and I both had personal training sessions for extended periods of time and they benefited me greatly in half-marathons. They are constantly upgrading and adding new equipment. Most of the staff will greet you upon entry and departure. Their hours are good and there's plenty of parking most of the time. There seems to be a lot of turnover with the employees. Any downside? Yes. Playing rap music on weekends or other times when the workout crowd isn't that audience. Sometimes with very questionable lyrics. I used to shower there before I went to work but I've noticed there are to many people on their phones taking pictures of themselves posing or of each other. Very uncomfortable environment. Also, the amount of people walking around completely naked or shaving while they are naked is appalling. Disgusting. Again, a very uncomfortable environment. Why do people do that? It's not your home. So, I don't shower anymore at the gym and go home instead.

I've tried a few crunch locations and it's been the same experience almost every time, with the gym being very crowded as a result of machines being so unavailable. The classes also were not my favorite, but they do try to put a limit on how many people can register so that it does not get overcrowded in the rooms.

Joining Jenifit has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the moment you walk in you are warmly welcomed, everyone is so nice and inclusive, the staff, the instructors and all the other members working out with you. They offer a wide variety of classes, spin, barre, boxing, TRX, circuit training, bosu, etc. And every once in a while have a fun "pop-up" class featuring a dance instructor or a Krav Maga expert for example. The instructors at Jenifit are motivating and kind and the classes I take have challenged me like no others and have made me stronger. I look forward to every rewarding workout! :-)

Dr Rosati is an amazing chiropractor who truly wants long term solution for his patients. I am in my 30s with a family and a stressful job and felt like I was 20 years older. Fast forward 6 months and I am a new person. I've been training with Ben twice a week. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will challenge you at your respective level to eliminate or at least significantly improve your issues. Imagine a physical therapist and a very experienced trainer all in one. That's Ben and all other Attain trainers. I am now doing moves I never thought I could do with kettlebells, barbell, resistance bands, i push and pull the sled, do ropes, "stir the pot", I can even crawl in all directions (is this TMI?). CF athletes doing crazy and dangerous lifts and stunts to impress their fellow crossfit bros. And paleo. Paleo everywhere. I'm happy to say that CFTH is not the stereotypical Crossfit box you hear about, and I have nothing but praise for this box. First, the facility is beautiful and spotless. Two people live in my apartment and it's a mess. 50+ people go to CFTH every day and you could lick the floors. They keep the facility up, and have up to date equipment. Second, the coaches are knowledgeable and focus 100% on form and safety. If you look like you're lifting too much weight, they will tell you to try something lighter. If your form is wrong, they will help you fix it so you don't hurt yourself. If you're in pain, they'll tell you to listen to your body and try something different or go foam roll. And if you have an injury, they'll help you change or scale down movements to help you. They really want you to put your health first. So for anyone on the fence about crossfit and joining this box... if you want to become part of a positive community that will push you to work hard while you have fun and see results, CFTH is the facility for you.
