Gerrick does a really good job at incorporating partner/team workouts to promote camaraderie at the gym. Every time I walk into class, I feel like I am welcomed by family even though I have never met some of the people there before. Gerrick is also very knowledgeable and is extremely dedicated to helping each of his clients reach their goals. In the middle of a full class, he is able to target an individual's weakness and help guide them to finish the workout safely and successfully. All of the workouts are programmed to fit any fitness level. Although the workouts are pretty challenging, he is somehow able to keep the workouts fun and still functional. I began training with Gerrick back in 2016 at a gym that was less than two miles away from my house. Now that he has opened King in Cranford, I am willing to drive upwards of 45 minutes every weekday in crappy weather just to train with him.
