DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE PETS I was in my backyard when Dave from Alpha pulled up. My dogs naturally started to bark when the truck pulled up and I went thru my gate to meet Dave. After saying hello to Dave, he immediately responded with; "if your dogs come near me I will defend myself". At first I thought he was kidding, because both of my dogs where behind a 6' PVC fence and were no longer barking. But he then proceeded to tell me that my dogs were viscously barking at him when he pulled up and if he had to he would defend himself. I told him my dogs were doing their job, by barking from BEHIND their PVC PRIVACY FENCE at a large truck and a stranger at their home. At this point they weren't barking anymore because they could see me standing there talking. He again doubled down on his threats to my dogs and called them vicious. At this point, I'm don't talking to Dave and call the office. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, but after I told her what happened she said that Dave had a bad experience with dogs and is scared of them. Well then maybe Dave shouldn't have a job where he visits peoples homes?? I begged the woman to pls have him come back and pump my tank bc I hadn't had a shower in 4-days. I told her I would lock my dogs in the house, but tbh I was more afraid for my dogs safety, from Dave than vice versa. She called Dave who refused to come back. I guess they have the tail wagging the dog over there ‍. I personally would not allow an employee to treat a customer in that way and then tell me that they refuse to go back. But hey... if that's how they run things over there so be it. Moral of the story is...... IF YOU HAVE DOGS DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH ALPHA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. They will allow their employees to cancel appointments inconveniencing their customers and threaten customers animals. read more

We called them to get an estimate. The Owner was rude upon arrival. He mentioned over the phone prior to coming out, that they wanted a 50% deposit which seemed odd. Being a contractor as well this didn't make sense so I started to look into this company. He wanted $1800 up front without doing anything. Upon further review he claims to have been in business since 1996 but the name has changed several times. He only has reported 3 annual reports according to Sunbiz in 24 years. I questioned him about his insurance and annual reports (basic business questions). He got real rude and said "if you don't want to use me then don't. Get someone else." Then walked to his car. I explained this is normal questions to ask a contractor. There is no need to be rude. I would not recommend using this company unless you are a gambler with your money. Typical contractors will write up an agreement with low to no money down. At the most 20% - 25% down. Make sure you do your research prior to hiring a company to work on your home. In comment to Alpha he had an attitude right away. He sat in his car for 10 minutes at our house while we were standing there waiting on him to get out of the car. We asked basic business questions and he didn't like it I guess. The funny thing is I said the same thing to my wife after he left. This guy is a 6'5 bully. Look at his other negative reviews online. That was my wife not girlfriend. I would recommend J & K Litton Septic Services. Very nice people and way less money than Alpha. They did a fantastic job! The best part $0 down and you paid when the job was done. You can look up Alpha's company history of changing names and not filling with Sunbiz which is a requirement. Just wanted everyone to have a heads up. You can decide for yourself. The funny thing is he mentioned he wouldn't do business with me. We actually have already done business with Alpha in the past. Something he should've been aware of. They pumped our septic 2 months ago and the employee was extremely rude as well. If you look at the other posts they say the same thing about the employee that pumped their tank. I was giving them another chance thinking the employee just had a bad day. But I guess it's just how they are. The other review was because of getting ripped off. I am sure that most home owners can agree. We have to stick together! read more

If this is the correct Alpha Environmental, they came out and did exactly what I needed. Quinten was awesome and answered all my questions.

Very disappointed with company. Had schedule to have septic tank pumped out. Explained to driver we had a hidden driveway and the truck would fit. Driver walked down driveway and then advised he would not come down driveway due to he may scratch the mirrors on the palm prawns. No disrespect BUT 1st it's a truck 2nd it's a sewer truck it Carrys raw sewage and your worried about a possible scratch on your mirror. Very disappointed and will not call or recommend company ever. Alpha came to pump out the septic today. They called about 20 mins before they arrived to let me know they were in route. :) They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Once he arrived, He did NOT try to sell me any products like Tri- but instead got straight to work. Later, he told us about good ways to keep the life of the septic system and potential future hazards that may lead to future costly repairs. Price of pump-out was exactly what was quoted over the phone. I will recommend them to everyone. GREAT JOB ALPHA! read more

My experience with this company has been very distasteful. The job began January 20, 2020 and was not complete until February 18, 2020. The guy working only worked 2 hours a week and was not honest about getting the work completed. When I spoke with the owner about my concerns, he was rude and very disrespectful and did not address my concerns, other than saying the worker was sick and doing the best he could. Not good customer service at all. read more

Alpha came out on a Sat. for my emergency pumpout. Not only was I educated by the process, I was informed about the ways to take care of my tank and drainfield to make life less stressful in the future. Prompt, fair and friendly! I would highly recommend them! Larry S. read more

First pump out since buying the house 3 years ago. When tank was pumped out and inspected before closing we were not there so we didn't know exact location of the tank. This was explained when setting up the appt. Was told it wouldn't be a problem. Of course worker could not find Septic Tank in the yard for pump out. Dug up a large portion of my grass looking. Did not do it neatly either. It's now all dirt in the area. Then buried my sprinkler head when filling back in and just left. Called to complain and the owner said I should find it my self and they'll come back out and pump it. If you can't even find the tank I'm surely not going to trust you to do the job. Had another company come out. Tank was found in 10 minutes. Very poor attitude from owner and worker who came out. read more

Very pleased with the service I received from Alpha Environ. I can't remember the name of the guy that came out but he was quick (less than 1.5 hrs) and explained everything he was doing and what I needed to do with my septic tank. I had a lot of roots in my yard he needed to dig through and one large root had made it's way into the pipe going to the septic tank. He was very helpful and kind. Price is very reasonable, $270 for septic tank pump, quick and knowledgeable. Would recommend and will continue to use in the future for all of my septic needs! read more
