There is worker helping us get ready. That includes vest, kayak, paddle, whistle, wet bag. The launch site is a bit far from main entrance but we don't mind. The paddling was easy and the kayak is easy to use. We enjoy our day there. The launch site has a building there but it was water damage during the flooding. You can keep your car key to the tender so you don't need to bring it with you.

He made sure we all understood what to do and guided us through the process without being overbearing. We were able to take in the gorgeous sites and just enjoy our time without having to worry about a thing! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the communication leading up to this event was a little rough. We had to reschedule a few times, due to storms and a couple in our party getting sick, and texts/calls were not answered in a timely manner. There was also some confusion about where to meet and what time and such. However, that did not derail the actual experience, which was lovely. I would recommend, just be aware that your communication attempts may go unanswered for a while.

We rented two singles and two tandem kayaks for our two hour adventure down the river! It is pretty fairly priced and well worth the peaceful adventure- just bring a refillable water bottle and they supply everything else, including a ride back to the launch site parking. Even if you've never kayaked before, this is an easy run as the slow current helps you along your way. We saw a variety of birds from hawks, an owl, and tons of heron and ibis, as well as plenty of cool insects such as every color of dragonfly imaginable and a special appearance of a praying mantis. Because it is summer weather, there are warmer waters for the manatee to venture to but we did have one encounter with a young and hungry manatee. This trip did not include any snakes or alligators but we encountered plenty of species of fish and a few turtles. The water was crystal clear, despite the heavy rains this week. A great way to spend a summer morning! Pro tip- go during the week if you can- less boat traffic! You can do the park afterward and even go to Buccaneer Bay if they haven't reached capacity- which comes quickly on hot summer days and weekends especially!

Extremely disappointing experience…read more We arrived about 15 minutes late and expected that, at worst, our tour would simply start without us or that we would be offered a reasonable solution. Instead, we were refused completely. What made the situation even worse was that there were six of us (three couples), and each couple was given a different explanation for why we couldn't go. The stories kept changing, making it feel like the staff were simply making up excuses instead of being honest. Good customer service isn't about never having problems--it's about how you treat people when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this place chose excuses over professionalism. We wasted our time driving there, made plans around this activity, and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this business.

Allison specializes in hunter, jumper, equitation and dressage instruction, and we are doubly blessed that she is willing to travel to our own farm, Bright Angel Ranch, when we're not able to take lessons at Hilltop Equestrian. There is an area to buy non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Ordered the chicken tenders sandwich and pulled pork sandwhich. Both a lot better than we thought and fries cooked really good. You go on a bus that takes you basically around an area. The paintball guns are stationary. As you ride on the bus, there is areas where the "zombies" are and also just a basic training target to hit. It was fun as we gained extra ammo. I just wish it was a bit longer and more zombies. All the haunted houses were cool and interactive. I got put into a "bodybag", chairs, etc. I never down an interactive house before so this was a whole new experience.
