Fånihi brought so much happiness, love, and joy into our lives, and having to make such a difficult decision was one of the hardest things our family has ever faced. From the moment we walked through the doors until Fånihi took his last breath, the entire staff treated him with so much love, compassion, and respect. They were gentle, informative, and incredibly caring, not only toward him but also toward our family. During one of the most painful moments of our lives, they made us feel like they truly loved him too. When we received his cremation ashes, they included beautiful keepsakes that meant the world to us: prints of his nose, mouth, and paw, along with a heartfelt condolence card signed by everyone in the clinic. They even included an extra set of his nose and paw prints. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail were beyond anything we expected, and we will treasure those memories forever. Our family will always be grateful to Dr. Yoko and Mindy. Mindy was incredibly gentle and kind with our sweet boy, reassuring us every step of the way that he would be treated with the utmost care and dignity. Dr. Yoko took the time to explain Fånihi's condition with compassion and honesty, helping us understand what was best for him, even though it was so difficult to hear. Snow day for dogs!…read more It is our second time doing this. Last year the snow day was $10 per family (regardless of the amount of pets). This year it was $10 per pet. I decided to only take one dog (Nalu) since simba already went to it in the past. This time the line was not as crazy and I remember we waited out there for a really long time. This time there was a QR code and it texted you when to come up to the gate. This was still a little confusing cause it shows it's your time but not really your time? You still had to stand in line that they had with possibly a handful of people getting the text at the same time. I think in a way that is helpful but not really if your dog really needs space since the distance between dogs is very little in line. There was some vendor booths - snacks. Food and activities. We tried the canine cardio there again which my dog nailed this time! Also it's better if you go early. Going late means yellow snow. lol.
