Our Yorkshire Terrier has pretty bad separation anxiety so they did a test run with him to see what type of kennel would be best suited for him so that he wouldn't bark constantly and upset the other dogs. They recommend us to send him with some CBD chews to help with his separation anxiety. After boarding, he came home in good spirits and we enjoyed watching him play on their live feed while we were away and missing him.

Richard Paiz is awesome!! He is well trained and very knowlegeable about animal's anatomy…read more My 4 year old dog Pua injured her back which immobilized her rear legs and she could not walk. We took her to our Vet who recommended stem cell surgery. The catscan ($1500) showed no evident damage on the spine. The surgery was going to be another $6000. The emergency vet bill was $800. The surgery was never performed before on a dog's spine and there were no guarantees. Euthanization was not an option although it did cross our mind due to her quality of life of not being able to walk or run which she really enjoyed doing!! Richard suggested we try his method of treatment with laser. After the first treatment we could see movement in her legs! Richard recommended an agressive regiment of physical therapy, laser and electrical stimulation 3x a week. We had to go on a trip for a week and Richard offered to care for Pua at his home, that way he could give her treatments. We are so thankful for Richard's genuine interest in Pua's habilitation to walk again! Pua started walking on her own a month later, originally we were told she may never walk again! Its been 7 months of treatments and Pua is much happier now! She can run and play fetch and go on evening walks with her brother Mana! Thank you again Richard for spending your days off and after work hours treating our Pua! We highly recommend Richards services.

They came over to my home, fed the cats and gave them attention, while also checking my mail and sweeping the floor. I am so grateful for their services. I had to call them last minute because my friend's roof on her house flew off and she couldn't watch my cats. Joann and Steve came to the rescue and assured me that the cats would be fine. I highly recommend the United PetSafe program. My dog is now 12 years old and I have had no issues. Just follow the instuctions on their site. https://www.united.com/web/en-US/content/travel/animals/petsafe.aspx Since your pets will be going as cargo you have to call ahead of time to schedule a flight plan, get an airway bill, for your pet. For those that are military and the travel office schedules you with American Airlines, you will probably know that they (AA) accepts animals on a first come fist serve basis. That is wack. Imagine arriving at the airport and your pet cannot get on the plane due to it being overcrowded with other pets. Screw that. Go with United and you are guaranteed a ticket for your pet. You can choose to fly on the same flight path or take another flight. Your call. I personally prefer to fly on the same plane. Make sure you follow any/all local government rules for health certificates and Kennel requirements. The cargo team here processed my Stella and paperwork with ease. They will weigh the dog and kennel together and from there provide you a final cost. Not really much to it if you have all the required documents; so please come prepared. Hint, make sure your kennel is large enough for your dog. Overall I highly recommend the United Petsafe program.

Oh gosh where do I begin? The short story is Pounce has my 3 felines this weekend.... I picked…read morethem up yesterday.... after a 4 night 5 star feline hotel visit. Here is my story: I usually have my cats under control at home or cat boarding at my veterinarian's location when I travel. but shucks! I wasn't lucky this past weekend. The other side of the coin is I was lucky because I found Pounce. A couple points 1. a walking distance to my office 2. pricing comparable to what my vet would charge 3. please environment for my felines 4. easy drop off easy pick up 5. daily follow up with pics of my felines from Pounce 6. comprehensive schedule of their stay; to and including when they use the bathroom... go figure! 7. they can/will administer meds if need be (one of my girls has asthma) My felines while happy to return home with me were treated with kindness and care. I will always go to Pounce from now on. Now then, the facility- clean, climate and air controlled facilities. I went to the Queen Street location and parking was easy. Right in front. You will need to call them when you get there. The doors are closed (for obvious reasons) and one of the gals will come out to get you. Same process on the way out! They have your fur babies all packed up and ready to go. Call them and they will wheel them out to your car!!! Sadly, I won't be boarding my felines at my vet any more as I'm so pleased with Pounce. Imagine! My own vet who cares for my fur babies want to charge you all sorts of things to board. Forget that; especially since my felines were not strangers to the vet clinic. But now! my felines are no longer strangers to Pounce. A definite must try if you have felines to board!

But I was able to watch Chelsea brush paris and she was Sooo goood. Chelsea was very patient and nice to paris. The space is really big. They are located on Nimitz, on the 3rd floor of the party city building. The intercom and entrance is on the left side of Bangkok chef. You press the intercom and wait for the door to unlock, then walk in and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Then when you get out, you'll turn left and walk past a bunch of cool paintings in the hallway, bella pet spa is the last door. I came to pick paris up after and she was super happy and not nervous at all . I also really love how soft she is. I'd recommend this new groomers and it's great to support the community !
