We asked for a prorated refund and were refused. The person in the office says they don't give refunds and that we would have access the remainder of the month. This did not happen. We were locked out that day. The unit had become mold ridden and the ceiling was crumbling. Photos below.

Your stuff will be safe here and they are professional about their property. In fact, I know the management does property walks multiple times a day to ensure the safety of the area. I ended up starting out with a larger unit and then wanted to downsize to something smaller. The management was extremely helpful and accommodating towards this unit move! Instead today I get a letter that rent is DOUBLING because my rate is a "promotional rate". I re-read my contract and there is no mention of a promotional rate. But the letter also states this is due to "market forces". It was a promotional rate in the first paragraph but now it's market forces. So this is a bait and switch sorta business. Don't store here if you are picking it because it is cheaper than other locations, they are just trying to trick you into renting a space and then DOUBLE THE PRICE because all your stuff is inside and they figure you won't move it. Bad business practice right there.

The day of my "big" move (most of my items) he came out to greet us, he welcomed the movers and asked if they needed any water or a restroom. He welcomed my mother into the office, gave her water and a chair to sit and wait for the movers to finish. The facility is clean and secure. I love the app that you can use to access the gate (in case you lose your code). The paved areas around the unit buildings are clean and free of debris. Since renting I have always been able to find a flatbed cart for use if I need one--the company keeps them parked just inside of doors for customer use. Things are not going great right now - hence most of my life going into a storage unit. Chris was so kind and thoughtful. He made me (and my family who was helping me) feel so welcomed and comfortable. He has been really communicative while I was coordinating getting everything in, and he made the whole thing fun and easy. Storage unit OF MY DREAMS!…read more In a rush, late dropping off my giant Penske pulling a car carrier towing my own truck behind, coming from Texas, I'm not even set up yet with a storage unit. No time for anything. No planning just driving and caretaking a blind deaf sick tiny doggie with cancer, and my colon sealed shut, needing to get us both moved here to get to Penn Medd. It only took me 22 days and 22 nights in hotels.... Yup, okay so right as I'm feeling my final organ trying to fail and my 96 pound body pounding in hypertension, I've got to figure out where to unload an entire Penske alone late night asap... I get on Yelp! and search for anything near the Penske drop off site, I see this place, I see I can DIAL THE ENTIRE MOVE IN PROCESS ONLINE IN LIKE 5 MINUTES?! What???? From a gas station nearby on my phone? Okay, and the price? I thought it was a scam at first. It didn't seem normal. It was real. I emailed the manager as I was arriving just as the gate access would be closing for the night. They get back to me with solutions. I show up, and I punch in my code and the gate just flies up high in the sky like some futuristic creation I've not yet experienced, there were lots of carts that worked and worked great, the lights turn on, doors automatically opening and closing, I emptied that truck and I got everything in that perfectly cleaned and equipped with a welcome bag and lock and boom I drove out.... After using their clean bathroom. My dog loved the grass too. I survived the night and collapsed in a bed at some Mendenhall Inn at 7am, and my (disabled) service scent trained doggie and I just slept there for 3 nights to decompress, and I had I not had this easy accommodating last second storage unit experience exactly like this? (And rewards points for the inn)... I think we'd be dead. So YES TO THIS ! ! ! Hallelujah Amen

This place is horrible!!!…read more The manager and his worker bee arent very communicative/friendly. This property manager hould have made it clear when we got the unit that they do not have a dumpster for tenants that have purchased units there. I've NEVER been to a storage that did not have a dumpster. I was told "what you bring in here it must leave with you". Needless to say we will be moving our furniture.
