We tried this place at the 150 Hana Highway location and it was delicious . we tried the cookies and cream and the s'mores ice cream and they were SO good, and the staff were super friendly!!!

My love with Aloha Kettlecorn all started with one of my coworkers bringing a bag to work to share. The rest is history lol. My favorites are the organic coconut, sweet and salty and salted caramel. I haven't tried all of the flavors yet but I'm sure they're all great. We had their ice cream for the first time this past weekend when we stood in line at the Kula Pumpkin Patch. The wait was worth it and thankfully we managed to get the last 2 ice creams before they sold out that day. Thank you Jesus lol. This coming weekend we will probably stop at the Kula Pumpkin Patch yet again just try one of their acai bowls and to buy more kettlecorn. Another reason why Aloha Kettlecorn is awesome is that their owners and employees are very nice. They have great customer service and are full of Aloha. Like other reviewers have mentioned, they don't have a permanent spot yet but follow them on social media to see where they will be. They are very good about updating their locations and also getting back to their customers. You won't be disappointed :) One more thing, make sure you check out this article about them http://www.mauinews.com/news/local-news/2017/09/pukalani-girl-featured-in-national-video/

Tried this truck today at the Princess Nahienaena event. It was so hot and their ice cream hit the spot. We got the Strawberry (which my son attacked before I could get a pic) and the Lilikoi. Both were delicious!!! If you see this truck out definitely stop. The Strawberry had a strawberry puree mixed into the strawberry soft serve. Yum! And the Lilikoi was infused into vanilla soft serve with a Lilikoi drizzle. Awesome. I gotta get some Kettle Corn next time!

    Cookies n cream!!! Medium bag!

The Coconut Kettle corn was seriously phenomenal. It was the perfect blend of sweet, salt and coconut. A must try!

Are they still located on Hana Hwy?

Is this food truck still around?

Oh yes! Follow them on Instagram or Facebook for their latest locations. They mostly open on weekends & Friday town parties. Their kettlecorn is available at a few outlets like the Kula Lavender farm & at the airport too :)

I was immediately intrigued by the calamansi pork -- an item I had never seen it on a menu before. One bite and I was hooked. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the bright, citrusy calamansi added a unique tang that made the dish completely unforgettable. It was so good that I'm still thinking about it after coming home. We also tried the pancit noodles, pork sisig, and mochiko chicken, and every dish was excellent. The pancit was packed with flavor, the sisig was gelatinous (fir those who are into it), and the mochiko chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and impossible to stop eating. For my first visit to Maui and my first time trying Da Soriano Grindz, this food truck set the bar incredibly high. If you're visiting Maui and want amazing Filipino food that's a little different from what you'll find elsewhere, don't skip this spot. The calamansi pork alone is worth the trip.

Ambiance was low key and fun.

Peeked their Instagram and saw a corned beef and egg grilled cheese sandwich. Say what? Less than 5 minutes later I was texting my order in. Unfortunately, no one actually ever answered my text (please don't tell people to text if you don't reply). Being impatient, I said screw it and just drove myself there to check. They are located in Kahului Industrial in the Ferguson's parking lot, across the way from Lee Bear's. It's a really, really random spot and parking could be a challenge if it gets busy. If it's slow, you could park right in front of the trailer. The family that runs this food trailer is born and raised in Guam and their menu features Chamorro cuisine like arrozcaldo, corn soup, etc. It didn't seem like it to me at first because everything was so so familiar to me, but my friend who was raised in Guam reminded me of how it's heavily Filipino influenced and mentioned that the grilled cheese sandwich was her childhood growing-up. No wonder (I'm Filipino)... Anywho, got my corned beef and egg grilled cheese sandwich! The corned beef isn't like your St. Patty's day corned beef, but more like the Palm brand canned corned beef. The bread was also slightly sweet and was the perfect vessel for all this deliciousness. The sandwich was so tasty and had the perfect amount of meat and cheese. Definitely a great way to start my morning and can't wait to have it again. My friend also recommended trying their corn soup & their red rice whenever it's available. Will definitely try those in the future too.

We have tried quite a few of the trucks and there were long lines and I was hungry so we drifted over to Kaipo's as they didn't have much of a line. Staff were ready for a laugh with us and we ordered the Shrimp Dynamite and the Rib Eye. They were quick to cook em up, just long enough for us to buy some pineapple lemonade from the stand next door (Wailemi). The food was MOUTH WATERINGLY GOOD. I cannot understand how they didn't have a long line!! People are missing out here! My Shrimp Dynamite was served in a small container, full of melty mushroomy goodness, with crunchy courgette, shrimp cooked to perfection and a creamy sauce on top. It wasn't as hot as I like, but I only deem something spicy when I can't feel the front of my face and steam is coming out of my ears so perhaps it is spicy enough for the general public. Nevertheless it was DROOLWORTHY, so good I had to share a single piece of courgette with my husband, but that was all he was getting! No more, Nada, nope. All mine! Hubbs didn't take long to demolish his with gusto, and he was 110% satisfied with dinner. Meat was cooked just right. We liked the scoop of macaroni salad, and the green salad with mustard dressing and scoop of rice that came with each dish. All were delicious and complimentary to each other. Very filling, very satisfying and totally DEEEELICIOUS. If you visit this roach coach park you have to try Kaipo's. It is one of the best there and you don't have to wait! Plus the staff are full of fun and friendly ;) I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL OUR NEXT VISIT

I believe the truck had 2 guys and they put out the food relatively quickly. We ordered the ribeye steak which they cooked the steak medium (as requested) and came with rice, macaroni salad and vegetables. Additionally, we had the chicken plate as well. Both dishes were great, just on the pricy side and maybe ask for the sauce on the side. Parking can be found on the street or across at the lot.
