Lil spot in the Ferguson parking lot

Hidden Gem! Great food! Friendly service! Just what we needed to cure our Super Bowl hangover! Love the fact that you can text your order in advance. The corned beef grilled cheese was perfectly grilled & the egg was an unexpected treat! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect with this sandwich but was pleasantly surprised. Hubby got the 2 egg Portuguese breakfast plate. Over easy eggs cooked properly, sausage was ono and it came with LOTS of rice, so much so that he actually didn't finish it all, which is shocking! Check this place out if you can, get these people some business so they can expand their hours and menu! I would love to see what a lunch menu would look like!!

First time here and I love it! The food that they serve gives you that comforting feel. I ordered a breakfast plate with corn beef and onions. The portion size to price is great and it fills you up. I couldn't even finish my plate! The staff here are super nice. I was helped by a sweet lady and she greeted us right away. Its cool how food from Guam and Philippines are similar. I went for breakfast and I would definitely want to go back and try their lunch menu. The location is in an awkward spot to find if it is your first time here. The parking here is also a little confusing because they are located on a parking lot that shares with other businesses. I would totally recommend this place!! While waiting for my food to be prepared I could smell it from outside the food truck which was heavenly. Cant wait to come back.

Corned Beef Grilled Cheese & Nengkanu Breakfast w/ white rice

I saw this food truck on ig before and finally was able to give it a try since I won the valentine's yelp giveaway :) I got a free corned beef grilled cheese which was really ono and quite fulfilling. I also texted another order ahead which was the Nengkanu Breakfast, and they replied quickly. One takeaway from going here was that they ran out of the red rice that comes with the breakfast plate, and I was excited to try it. That just gives me a good reason to go back for more

Perfect spot for a loco breakfast fix. Ordered the corn beef with cheese and egg sandwiches. The pulled beef was well marinated and everything blended perfectly together. It tasted exactly like the pic. Don't miss out.

Had the grilled cheese sandwich with egg and corned beef today. Delicious!! A little hard to find. It's a tiny food truck in the parking lot of Ferguson. Service was so nice and friendly. Only open 6-10 am. They said they might start serving lunch every other Saturday.

Lived on Guam for several years, wife's family and my brother in law are all born and raised from both North and South Guam. The BBQ culture of the island is a big deal there and these guys are bringing that Chamorro flavor with aloha style. If you're not familiar with Chamorro cuisine it leans towards savory-spicy-sour as opposed to Hawaiian which would be typically savory-sweet. The offerings at Nengkanu are Fiesta foods done right. If I'm not mistaken they have Bbq pork ribs, pork belly, bbq chicken, empanadas, and chicken kelaguen. Most of them I believe come with red rice, potato salad and the must have Finadene sauce. (Say it with me: "fin" "uh" "den" "eee") if you like spice ask for Pika. The sauce is quintessentially Chamorro (read earlier comment about Chamorro vs Hawaiian cuisine) and enhances the flavors on the plate that you get. Ask about portion sizes as I'm still trying to figure that one out. Anyway... Been here multiple times and they are consistently friendly and efficient - and as they say in Guam, the chow is "Månnge"! Five stars and two shakas guys.

My FAVE place for Chamorro food in Maui!! It's a family run food truck located near the airport on the parking lot of Ferguson's. I always order the Crispy Corned Beef with Onions... so fresh with bites of chunky meat and onions, definitely not from a can! Red rice is a MUST of course and it comes with the finadene sauce to pour all over. It's delicious!! Also got to try the soup of the day, Arrozcaldo, and it was amazing!!!! The soup was intense with ginger flavor, savory chicken and rice with every bite. Will have to order again if it's on the menu.

Finally able to try the grilled cheese corned beef and egg sandwich! It was very delicious. They are only open Monday - Thursday from 6am -10am. If you are in the area, you should check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I love the covid protocol

The girls here are amazing and the food is excellent. If anyone has a baby, they have a chicken rice soup that my one year old LOVED!!!!! It's kind of hidden in the Ferguson parking lot but once you know it's there, it will definitely be a repeat visit. Only thing to remember is that they close early so get there early.

BBQ Chicken Fiesta Plate

Just what my husband and I have been waiting for! Authentic Chamorro BBQ! My husband grew up on Guam and I was always told as a child that I was Guamanian but had no idea what that meant. After getting married, we moved to Saipan for a couple years then to Guam for a couple more years. My love for Chamorro BBQ grew as I lived on Saipan and Guam. We've been missing it these past few years and luckily found this amazing food truck through Instagram! The people there are your typical, friendly Chamorro people. I met Jen who went to school with the owner of Hafaloha which is an awesome shaved ice company on Guam. Just like Hawaiians have the Aloha Spirit, Chamorros have the Hafa Adai Spirit! I felt that immediately when I walked up to pick up my food. Now, let's get to the good part! The grindz! We got the fiesta plates, both ribs and chicken, and then got two orders of chicken kelaguen wraps. Let me tell you... we got a Chamorro portion of food! It was packed with what you would typically find at any Chamorro fiesta. EVERY SINGLE THING on the plate was delicious! From the red rice to the potato salad... everything was so ONO! And the pika (spicy) finadene was on point! Poured that baby on everything! Si Yuus Maase for starting this food truck! We'll definitely be back for more! We need to make it in time to grab the empanadas and latiya! (I need to grab some for my mom since she's Chamorro but has never had! Lol)

A new food truck on Maui that serves delicious BBQ. Their portions are generous that my son and I were able to share a BBQ chicken plate. We also got a BBQ mixed plate that comes with BBQ chicken and spareribs. They both come with a shoyu vinegar dipping sauce. Would eat here again.

Today's menu. If you are unfamiliar with this food ask the ladies! They are incredibly nice and helpful!!

Great food. If you want some flavors from a different island in Maui go here. Our sauces aren't sweet. More tangy.

It was a short 5 min hop over from the airport to Da Tambayan Corner and parking in the adjacent lot was easy. All the food trucks are ringed around the central tables and look for the aquamarine Da Soriano truck over by the road. Their food style is Filipino with a Hawaiian twist if you hadn't discerned it from their name. They have a build-your-own-combo grindz menu that you can pick a couple of proteins with rice options or check out the picture menu if you really don't know what to get. My wife went for the combo of Pork Adobo & Garlic Butter Shrimp with Mac & Green Salad, both very flavorful choices. Her friend went double pork action with Chinese Roast Pork Belly & Calamansi Grilled Pork Belly and Pancit Bihon Noodles as her side. The Chinese roast pork belly was as crispy good as any I've seen in any Chinatown. My Seafood Trio had a Miso Glazed Salmon Fillet, 3 Baked Mussels, 2 Shrimp Tempura and topped with Kaboyaki sauce & Thai Chili Aioli. The Shrimp were not the typical panko coated but battered and tasted good drizzled with the 2 sauces. The mussels are topped with a heavy cheesy mayo sauce and baked. Of course, it wouldn't be a Hawaiian plate lunch without a scoop of white rice and a scoop of mac salad. All this wasn't enough and our friend went back to chat with the chef and came back with a double serving of banana lumpia in crunchy spring roll wrap and drenched in heavy syrup. This was an excellent dessert and wrap up to a great lunch. We were so stuffed, we had to skip dinner!

We have tried quite a few of the trucks and there were long lines and I was hungry so we drifted over to Kaipo's as they didn't have much of a line. Staff were ready for a laugh with us and we ordered the Shrimp Dynamite and the Rib Eye. They were quick to cook em up, just long enough for us to buy some pineapple lemonade from the stand next door (Wailemi). The food was MOUTH WATERINGLY GOOD. I cannot understand how they didn't have a long line!! People are missing out here! My Shrimp Dynamite was served in a small container, full of melty mushroomy goodness, with crunchy courgette, shrimp cooked to perfection and a creamy sauce on top. It wasn't as hot as I like, but I only deem something spicy when I can't feel the front of my face and steam is coming out of my ears so perhaps it is spicy enough for the general public. Nevertheless it was DROOLWORTHY, so good I had to share a single piece of courgette with my husband, but that was all he was getting! No more, Nada, nope. All mine! Hubbs didn't take long to demolish his with gusto, and he was 110% satisfied with dinner. Meat was cooked just right. We liked the scoop of macaroni salad, and the green salad with mustard dressing and scoop of rice that came with each dish. All were delicious and complimentary to each other. Very filling, very satisfying and totally DEEEELICIOUS. If you visit this roach coach park you have to try Kaipo's. It is one of the best there and you don't have to wait! Plus the staff are full of fun and friendly ;) I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL OUR NEXT VISIT

I believe the truck had 2 guys and they put out the food relatively quickly. Both dishes were great, just on the pricy side and maybe ask for the sauce on the side. Parking can be found on the street or across at the lot.

It wasn't a truck like I was expecting but actually like a little garage/storage area. Fortunately they have a ton of parking available. I decided to get the ice cream and drink straight out the coconut & it didn't disappoint. Like others mentioned, the ice cream was a little difficult to eat because it was straight up frozen & wasn't creamy like your typical scoop of ice cream but the flavor was on point especially if you love Hawaiian Haupia like I do. Luckily for us we got to enjoy our coconut fix while tanning outside the storefront because they only had two seats available. I also appreciated that you could go back in after you finish drinking the coconut water to cut up the coconut to eat the inside too!
