Asked someone who came out from the office if I could get help getting 2 fish she stated that someone is there and he can help. I stated that he said he's too busy to help me he's unbagging fish. She stated he should still be able to help me. As she walked over to ask him she turned around and said yes he's busy he stated can you come back in 20min I stated no I can't I just wanted 2 fish. As she walked away not even her would help me I asked is no one trained to catch fish but 1 person. She stated no we all can but we're too busy now mind you there was only one customer at a register... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Should have just closed the door with a closed sign because you won't help customers.

There is an old white woman working (shoulder length grayish hair, heavyset) here who is so rude…read moreand lazy. She's the reason for this bad review. There is a younger white woman who was wonderful and helpful but the one bad egg ruins it for me. We went in the other day because we are rescuing two puppies and taking them back mainland. We talked to the younger girl and she was so helpful, kind and shared a lot of knowledge with us. She was a five star employee and if she had been our only contact this review would be different. We grabbed one small crate because we weren't sure what size we needed and proceeded to the checkout. The old lady was there staring at us. Doing nothing. My husband said "I don't fit in the line because the crate is too big". There was also no one else in line at all. She still made my husband walk all the way over to where the line starts and then walk back over to her checkout station, basically walking in a circle just for her own satisfaction. Total power play. We let it go. We have been calling daily for almost a week now trying to secure the second crate we need so we can take the puppies with us. Every time we call this old woman answers and is so rude. She doesn't even check to see if the crate is available she just says call back later or check back every Thursday (which we've BEEN doing). Imagine my surprise when I went online right after calling her and the crate IS available. I've purchased it and pray they will actually pull it off the shelf for me, but I have no faith at this point. What a strange place to treat customers like this. She truly behaves as though she doesn't care about her job or the customers at all. Surprising from someone in the older generation. Do better.

We have two Great Pyrenees and two Aussies, so we have tried plenty of groomers, even all the way to Kailua Kona. Honestly, most of those were nightmare experiences.
