The manager then told him that they would not finish grooming her due to his " altercation"  What altercation ??? She had not been touched in 4 hours except for a bath and a 1/4 shave on one side. If this was a small, family-owned business, I would completely understand. Not Petco. The disrespect we received from the woman who I assume was the supervisor was unacceptable and unprofessional. I've reported this to corporate, but I'd recommend shopping online to avoid the headache.

Pohaku Grooming is amazing. We bring in two dogs at a time and they are in and out in about two…read morehours. So easy. Everyone is so kind to both us and the dogs. We have two Great Pyrenees and two Aussies, so we have tried plenty of groomers, even all the way to Kailua Kona. Honestly, most of those were nightmare experiences. Pohaku has been such a refreshing change. And the best part... one time we showed up early and our Pyrenees and Aussie were literally "coloring" with their adorable little keiki while waiting for us. I mean, come on. That alone deserves five stars. Truly the easiest, happiest grooming experience we've had.
