It's group sessions up to four people maximum (there is one in one training available) 1 hour Tom is perfect for a group of friends to get a great workout in (and from someone who understands aging and weight issues.) Tom will work with you and keeps you remembering importance of posture to keep his trainees healthy and moving. Tom has various workouts and switches it up. Tom also does monthly measurements (if want to know or you skip the measurements if you don't want Tom to know you're not keeping the nutritional plan lol)

They did mention this wasn't the normal instructor and that she is typically a lot harder -- so I lucked out for my first workout :) $5 drop-ins isn't bad at all which is nice if you have another gym membership but want to switch up your routine. Good vibes and overall fun experience so I'll be back to try some other classes real soon!
