In calling Got Grass, my call was answered by Owner, Dan. It was a good, courteous call and, much to my surprise, Dan was meeting me the next day! Dan was on time and, took the time with me which lead to us discussing a problem area I had but, never thought I could afford to resolve. Because of Dan taking the time with me to discuss. In the end, Dan proposed a solution and it was one I could afford! In scheduling the work, again, I was blown away! Dan is clearly very organized and a great communicator. My Crew was on time, courageous, hard working and perfectionist. Along with Peet and Mulch work to flower beds; the back flower beds that were problematic received River Rock. The Rock work is absolute perfection! In closing, I'm so happy to know that I can afford to have this work done, that I no longer can do myself. But for me, the important factor in working with Got Grass was the trust. There's no price-gouging, just a small business man supporting his community.

They cleaned up my entire front yard, side of house and back yard. They went on my roof and cut down all the tree branches that we're hanging on the roof and close to my house. There was so much work that needed to be done and they did it all and more. They also cleaned up all the branches, trimmed all my bushes, cut down trees, planted flowers and trees, pulled out a few dead trees for me, sprayed all the weeds, picked up all the logs and dead tree branches around the house, cut my grass, cleaned driveway and so much more. I had a few wasp nests that I was not aware of and they made sure they told me were they are were located and what to do. Beyond happy with the crew and how knowledgeable they are. This is a review for CRS' hauling service during winter, not their landscaping services…read more I purchased a motorcycle from a Harley-Davidson dealership in Macon, GA. Being from Northeast Ohio, in the dead of winter, and without the means to transport the motorcycle myself, I was stressing out about how to find someone reliable to pick up and deliver the bike to me. Never having done this before, I mistakenly posted the job on a sourcing service website and got dozens upon dozens of quotes that consisted of mostly fly-by-night "brokers" who act as middlemen and don't own or operate their own trucks or trailers. They collect a "deposit" that is basically their finders fee, and you pay the balance directly to the driver when or if your vehicle is delivered. I found that most quote an arbitrary price before even securing a driver. If the driver they find doesn't agree to the price they quoted, then they usually always change the price and ask you for more money. Long story short, I was glad to be able to find Carson with CRS just in the nick of time. He picked up the bike when he said he would, fully secured the bike in his trailer, and delivered it in the same condition as picked up from the dealership. Oh... and I paid him the same amount as he quoted! If you need anything transported during the winter months, Carson is very reliable and super efficient. Would definitely recommend!!!

We hired John and Juan to do our backyard and they put in about 25 trees - expensive, yes. A few months later (still within the years warranty) most of the trees withered and started showing signs of death. John reassured us he would take care of them as it was within the years warranty they provided. Months and months of us waiting on him to come and replace the tress and many times standing us up - nothing, not even a phone call. Since standing us up on multiple ocassions, I have called and left voice messages and texts and they have not responded. We feel deceived.
