Not the same, sorry. It used to be a nice place with good food, but apparently things are going south, south of the border. I came there Saturday morning, and that restaurant that used to be completely full on weekends, was completely empty. The waitress however apparently could not the stress of one customer. The service was less-then-mediocre and the food was less-then-mediocre. The scary part was in the end when did waitress/hostess tried to figure out the bill, it was 170 MEX, so I gave her my card and said charge 200 (with the tip that is). 200 USD Dollars she asks? Yeh sure, you want to put your monthly salary on that Portabello mushroom order? I said 200 mex Pesos all together, go ahead. So she needs to figure out the tip, she seriously take out her calculator to compute 200-170=30, wow. she comes with a figure of 30 and then she said: 30% right? I take out my pen, and write the bill, 170 mex pesos for food (small order, not very tasty) and 30 mex pesos tip (not worth it). Finally I can go home. Not returning there. Obviously nobody else does. That place was completely empty, and this is on a weened. read more
