I made contact with the owner who came to my home and gave a realistic estimate of the cost. In addition to what was covered by the rebate, other work was done, as well. I was sent a quote via email which was positive because everything was done formally. A down payment was required as part of the contract. Once that was complete, SCE came in and placed a sticker on my old electrical panel. After that, ROC Electric came in and began the process of replacing my panel. There was one working day with no electricity but it was quick. This replacement took place in extreme heat. Somehow the ROC Electric team was able to keep working. I was amazed. They came in when they said they would and kept their word in regard to start dates, timeframes and finish dates. The owner of the company was flexible and understanding in regard to any issues. He was very helpful. I was also happy to see a woman on their team. This reiterated to me that this was a trustworthy company. Overall, I was satisfied with their work.
