While I didn't have an appointment, I was accommodated with an appointment only an hour and 15 minutes later. They have a lot of dip colors and they are grouped together in a way that makes it easy to choose. I had John, and he greeted me right away asking my color and how I liked my nails. He got started by removing my old dip- he meticulously took off each layer, I don't remember the last time that happened. Then he carefully painted and dipped each finger individually- every other place I've gone paints all my nails then dips them. He also used a small brush on each finger dusting off each nail. Sometimes other places use the gel on top of the dip, but they use a regular top coat and I think that lasts better. There are a lot of technician's and as I looked around, each was completely focused on their clients. I highly recommend an appointment, and very highly recommend!

They've built an adorable oasis in the old state theater building looking down on monument square! The staff is super nice and they have an adorable waiting area! I got Chrome nails for my trip to California and they came out so well. Nancy knew exactly what to set me up with! Swedish Massage was amazing as expected, but the facial was not so much. I made them aware this was my first time for a facial, but things weren't explained as to what they were using and why. When I got home, my chest and face had broken out. Would have liked to have known what company the creams and lotions were from. I also find certain smells are triggers for migraines and the facial had that one smell. Lavender. I would've expected more options, but wasn't given any. I just didn't enjoy it.
