When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation. We showed them the email confirmation, but instead of apologizing or explaining what happened, we were told that the manager would come speak with us. We waited, but the manager never came. After waiting with no communication, we decided to leave. This was especially disappointing because I had my wedding nails done here in the past and always had a good experience. I was impressed with the quality of dazzle dry and my polish lasted 4+ weeks on my toes. The cons - the first time I was here I had an appointment and I still had to wait 30 mins. There was no apology for the delay. I was not pressed for time so it didn't bother me too much. The pedicure chairs are not meant for short people. My back was hurting by the and of the pedicure. About 1 year ago I started seeing Joseph Richard for my back issues from being a full-time…read morehairstylist. My shoulders were tilted forward and my posture was completely off alignment and I was hurting. After my first session Joseph explained to me what I needed to be doing at home to help fix the problem in between my appointments with him. I did exactly as he told me and within a couple weeks I started seeing huge results and feeling myself again. During each session he would explain to me how I ended up in such bad shape. He gave me more of a clear understanding of what exactly he was doing to my muscles and why it is important to continue doing what I'm doing at home for strengthening. Visiting him every 4 weeks for regular maintenance to adjust my muscles and release my fascia has been keeping me going as a full-time stylist.
